Pretty solid times for Locurcio figuring he's more of a SX guy.
He went 7-7 at Red Bud last year in the 450’s I believe. I think he’s more of an outdoor guy.

Actually 7-7 at Southwick last year

Comments for the bottom side of the 250's...

Craig in 17th...
Covington in 19th...
Smith in 21st...
And the most surprising? A-Mart in 23rd.

Wow, the times dropped around three seconds from qualifying A to qualifying b. That track is going to be brutal! And then rain?! I almost hope keefer doesn’t qualify and saves it for next weekend

Anyone else use the iPhone app to listen to qualifying? I would put it on last year and this year’s SX during qualifying while I’m at work. But now it quits playing when I lock my phone.

Anyone else? Kinda bummed if they took that feature away, I like listening to qualifying in anticipation of the race once I get home.

I could have swore last year that we were able to watch both qualifiers, that sucks if it changed.

I like Will pretty good. I'd much prefer Kristin Beat, though. She was awesome on Pulp and I'm a fan. Will knows her stuff but is a little hard to understand at times. Not her accent, it's just the timbre of her voice. But it could be me, though.

Nice to hear Weege again, though. We are lucky to have him in our sport. Dude is gold.
Having the articulate and observant team of Weege and GL in the booth is such a breath of fresh air after a season of Ricky and Ralph. I know we say this every year, but ESPECIALLY after Ricky. Christ.

Top Japanese rider was Taiki Koga in 22nd. Never heard of him, but he beat Tomita by three spots, and Tomita often scores points in the motos. If it gets muddy those guys could be pretty strong.

Is it me, or does Yamaha make a mistake by putting Ty on the spot already? It looks yesterday that he rode those TM Supermini' towards the Loretta Podium. He also still pretty young with his 17 years...

Taiki Koga was on the Japanese MXdN team last year.

He's on the left.
