Everything bout this build is Awesome! Where’d you get that carbon/Kevlar mud flap? Been looking for one, haven’t seen any for Yz250s though haha

Great thank's, look at Rtech (race tech italy) you'll find what you're looking for.

Unbelievable craftsmanship - I dig it! Always much more impressive when skills and talent (vs. pocketbook) are on display. Stunning work!

There's a hell of a lot of Pocketbook on this one (two?)!

There's Nothing wrong with that, plus, from our earlier exchanges, Hulkteam has been likely ripped off for several Thousand dollars of Quebecois crap, which I can relate to. They conned me, too.

His revelation with regards to said crap, is likely to save a fair few people, some heartache and money. Good on him.

If the fabrication is his own work, well, good on him, again. I'm a (big) fan of those who do their own fabrication, machining and welding work. Making things, is what I love, and, it makes the bike, really , your own.

I'm not a machinist, but I'm working on it and I'll tell you when I'm ready.
So I make with the talents of those who took the craft.

I'm a sheet metal worker, specialized in aluminum and special metals...

I also and especially keep the passion... and DIY....

Some titanium screws, drawn and desired.

There's an absolute beauty to the design and creation of a 'thing'.

Your stages of the Ti screws above are proof of that.

One of my most prized possessions is a 'stages of steel production' crystal tube line up that my Grandfather had made up (he worked his way up from the mines of Broken Hill through to near the very top of BHP in his working life) . From the absolute raw ingredients, through to a Bolt and Nut. It is, to me, a somewhat epic 'journey' that shows the cleverness of mankind, in a simple, but beautiful way. I adored / revered it as a small child (still do), and I think it, and his engineering influence, set me on my way to making 'things'.

Keep the updates coming, Hulkteam.
