The colouring of the titanium can be done at home also. I know that Mike Weir did all his own fasteners for the shootout we had.

To see someone actually “build” not just slam graphics and bars on a bike is refreshing.
Also a well mannered man with respect to others is a refreshing change. Well done my friend.

If you don´t mind me asking, what size of filler wire are you using? And what's the wall thickness of the cone? Apart from that, this is so incredibly cool.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to say these few words here...

This construction....face to the current climates, where I live are sometimes incompatible, so when I can read that some find like me a nice time to spend ... it's really very cool

I chose a thickness of 1mm for stainless steel, if classic steel I take rather 0.8mm and for Titanium less than 1mm (0.9mm exactly).

The choice of stainless steel is for multiple use, without rotting it by mud and stones.

For the filler metal, here the laser cutting was so perfect with my drawings, that I use filler metal in 0.8mm just to complement if necessary and always in heterogeneous 316L as the base material.

In the meantime, I'm reassembling the last engine with all the new parts I have. I was going to assemble it with the crankshaft and the connecting rod in 139mm, unfortunately I didn't have the time nor the people around me to do the machining. I not having a milling machine myself.....

I'm going to ask Andrew if he could get me some engine cases for my 139mm mount.

I had two possibilities for this 139mm mount:

AJW or HRC crankshaft (Both are new)
