These model (above) are those of Europe (MXGP WorldChampionship), they are different from those used by American Honda (HRC)

Sorry, maybe I misrepresented my words trying to write in English.

I tried to find a new piston HRC for HRC cylinder ..

for the HRC piston, I found but I have to build the budget now ....

* I corrected my writings because by reading again I have just seen where is the non understanding in the piston 89mm

If you are after Karl Landrus (Products), you may be out of luck.

As far as I know, his house and workshop were destroyed in the California fires last year.

His website is : www.klpracing.com.

There's nothing on the site about the fires, and if he's got things running again that I could find, but, it does have a phone number and hotmail address listed.

Karl is back since few time and he have rebuilt some Presse and other machines of her workshop...

Thank you, but it's not Karl that I'm trying to reach, he and I are sometimes in contact.
But a friend or customer of his.
By discretion he does not give me his touch.
So I'm trying to reach him, or contact him.

Just a bit of advice with the clearancing on the radiators to the pipe : give yourself a bit more than you think is necessary.

You may, or may not, be surprised at how much movement there is in a 2t pipe. Not just from the usual tip overs, but from something as simple, and common as your leg up against sections - even with a 'lowboy' pipe such as the CR500 has - and, say, deep sandy ruts in turns. I've done a lot of 'surfing on the pipe' over the years, in sandy, or muddy terrain Woohoo .

Radiators themselves, can move quite a deal in just riding , let alone pranging. Especially CRF ones.

The last AF I did for a mate, I set it up for the 5 pipes he had - std ( but, with age, it was 'pushed up', and required my removing the external seam near the radiator), 2 types of FMF, a PC, and, a Scalvini. They all required marked differences in clearancing of the radiators ( the radiators themselves were high capacity ones, too, and, I had to modify the B&B radiator guards I fitted - they were cheaper than just the std CRF plastic louvers! - B&B, an Australian brand, make superb products, and require no mods when on a std CRF) and, required me to do a double mount for the front frame cradle pipe mount. And, one pipe, required a few changes to the full coverage bash plate I made for his off-road usage.

Your advice is wise,

I make several motorcycles for different uses, in my case it is the whole bike that is, or for mud or for sand or dry track.

If you have an address for the B&B website, post the link here.
