The 250 I sat on at Lorettas was on point! Best looking new bikes hands down. As far as performance goes, these new bikes all perform better than what 98% of us can put them through. Personally, I’ve never owned a bad Suzuki, and I’ve owned well over a dozen.... highly underrated machines.
Really enjoyed my 14 rmz450, if it wasn’t for that dreaded SFF spring fork I would not have gotten rid of it. If the opportunity arises where I come across a clean 2015-2017 I might look to get back on yellow.

That combo I hear is incredible... never experienced it myself, but heard more than once it’s the perfect Suzuki. I rode a buddies YZ with that stuff, and it’s enough to make a man wanna switch brands......

Have to agree, bike looks bitchin! I have this feeling that much of what Suzuki is doing is what Yamaha did with the 250f up until 2014. Take the motor and kinda just recycle it while making improvements on the chassis. Then WAM, all new and on the podium... Well one can hope.

I used a 56mm a kit top clamp (or bore your stockers 1mm) and a set of kyb rmz axle lugs. Also forks are 09 yz250f which are the exact same length

Man, the biggest issue for Suzuki is that their bike isn't hitting floors until after March 20th, possibly not until early April, and everyone else's 2020's will be out a month later. I get it, it's an all new bike but anyone buying 19's already bought them. I can't see many buying a 19 RMZ when 1-2 months later they can have a 2020

That’s a valid point. To be able to catch up with the onset of 2020 bikes hitting dealers they ought to incentivize for the buyer somehow.

Had the chance to test a '17 rmz 250 and i liked the handling, if i can get a decent price for a '19 susu i may get one, since in 3-4 months 20's models will be out the price will be really low i guess. What does make me think? I race, and those yellow submarines don't have the button yet! Also i've never owned a suzuki.. kind of scary..

So you can have 2020 ktm in june and a 2021 in december 2019
KTM have fucked that up... resale value down the drain...

My guess is early ones will go quick. Later ones will be advertised at 5000 before the next model year hits. Just like all the other Suzuki's, for some reason. Not a yellow bash cuz I definitely considered one for awhile. Just reality.

Hey I’m a Kwai fanboy, I did have front row seats in Atlanta watching the two guys on Zooks trying to start their bikes while Osborne hit the E-Start and rolled away. Facts of life friend, join the cool kids! I do understand though, I’m assuming your bike still has a kickstarter. I saw one awhile back, in Atlanta, trying to fire it back up, while the other guys rode away...

And again bagging on the Suzuki being kickstart...and no mention or slagging of the Kawi!! I’l stick with my kick start. Starts right up hot or cold. But I get a good laugh in the pits as bikes are getting push started because they suck balls in cold weather. Happens all the time. Orange, White and Red.( red not as much)

Septemeber, maybe october is usually new model year release for manufactures.

Suzuki is reinvesting in new tooling and have been doing testing outsde the realm of what you can imagine. Wish I could elaborate on that, but they will set a new bar in the upcoming years once again. Suzuki has had many first's in this industry and they will continue to bring new tech leading industry first's.

As for production today. This isnt a make or break time for Suzuki and they realize their position.

They don’t release bikes that early? I bought my 14 yz450 July 13, 2013 and they had already been out for over a month. I’m pretty sure KTM’s hit showroom floors in May a year or two ago. Bikes have been getting released earlier and earlier, with the small exception of a few all new machines every few years(2017 crf450, 2018 crf250, 2019 kx450).

I went to the dealer the beginning of Feb with the intention of buying the new 250. It wasn’t there, but the 450 was. They gave me a sweet deal on it. Love the bike so far, four hrs in. Typical cornering traits, and I’m loving the engine characteristics....and its very well built. I will say, doing the air filter is a bit of a pain in the ass due to the side cover design. Also on the fence about the tires, thinking about switching to the Starcross 5 med that I know well.

You're lucky if you can find it in usa, here in Europe only a few ones have been delivered. (around 20). Some countries don't want to sell it as long as many 2017 and 2018 are still available at Suzuki dealers.
It's very regretable... I don't understand what's going on with this brand.
The moto gp team is a good thing, but to give up on motocross is I think a huge mistake.
