This cracks me up every time I see someone post this stupid shit. They like literally know how to do one thing.....ride wheelies. Forget the fact that the other 999 things you need to be good at to be competitive on a track , they have no clue about. I think it's great they are going to the track , instead of terrorizing the street's.....but they have no advantage over anyone else going to a track.

Let use Colton Haaker as an example here. Awesome offroad guy , and could out " wheelie " any one of those guys , along with knowing all the other stuff needed to be good on a track. Sorry for coming off like a prick here , but your comment is borderline retarded.

I disagree, and its not retarded, they have talent and can out wheelie anyone and have great bike handling skills. They just choose to focus on the street and wheelie riding. No chance anyone of us or a pro could keep up with them on city streets with live traffic and cops chasing you. They dont just do wheelies, they do wheelies while hanging off the bike, laying down on the bike, with 1-2 people on the back, they frickin dance while wheeling, and zig zagging through traffic and being chased by cops. Some are hacks with lesser skills but the good ones, man you couldnt catch one on a bike if you tried.

I think they have a ton of talent and bike handling skills, and if they chose to apply it towards becoming competitive motocrossers at the local level and beyond, I have no doubt they could excel at it. That kid in the video on his first ride on the track was way better than any other first time rider I have ever seen at my tracks...

Just because you do not agree, doesnt make it borderline retarded! Maybe its just the perspective you see it from is semi-retarded?? Wink Smile Laughing

No, it’s reallly stupid. How well you wheelie has absolutely no bearing on how well you can ride a dirt bike. They do literally one thing while riding a dirt bike. Do you seriously think every single inner city hoodlum has some super special natural born talent because they can do a wheelie? Yikes.
Ama supercross results 2025:
1: wheelieboy
2: wheelieboy
3: roczen
4: tomac
5: wheelieboy

But hey , they can wheelie their bike to the stadium from their hood with a nice Monster sticker on it

I like the wheelie crash vids. The sight and sound of flesh tearing away on asphalt. It’s a thing of beauty

I know right!

It never ceases to amaze me how low the reading comprehension of this community is and how self centered. Its all about me...never mind I cant understand words in plain English!

Some times it seems like they read like they ride, skipping woops and jumps reading only every third word!

BTW they wont steal my bikes out of my garage because I have taken proper measures to prevent it and Someone is usually home. But if they or anyone else tried, then they would face swift and forceful resistance. But that is totally off topic.

I will put $100 on that flappy kid in the video against most Vitards on a track, city street, and maybe even a reading comprehension test!

Off to the dumbgeon! Good morning GuyB.

You can't be serious or that stupid? These guys are criminals that smash into cars and take off because they don't have insurance. They make all of us look like hoodlums and cast a negative light on our sport. Never thought I'd see the day when we have to lock our stuff up at the track and hide our car keys but first it was Etown and now I guess Millvile F.O.D. will be the same deal. What a shame.

Well , for the most part , the thread stayed really civil. Me and Kap had a discussion back and forth , disagreed on some things and in the end we both kept our cool and moved on.

First rule about wheelie boys. Do not talk about wheelie boys! (unless you want to be banned from this site). They are a protected species around here.

I have always wondered if in a city like philly
Where they have an issue with groups riding on the streets,
If they where to make a public Track in the city or as close as possible, would the guys use it ?
Would it help get some off the streets?
Ive also wondered why they dont just get street bikes or enduro bikes that are street legal.
But i think the answer to my 2nd question
Is because they dont want license plates

That video was a chore to watch.....but I'm old, and not from the city, so I'm probably not cool for disliking a bunch of babbling nonsense.

Plenty of places to ride, load up, pay, ride. No excuse for the shit they are doing.

I found it and his other videos entertaining, but at the same time it makes me think i wouldnt want to live with in 300 miles of Philly, but i prefer smaller towns lol.

A few years ago that idea was floated in Baltimore City by the local officials.
There wasn't enough interest. Apparently, too many rules would have to be followed. Gear, supervision, cost to ride,
time restrictions. They didn't want it.

Michael Jordan ran a team a few years ago. Took a few talented guys off the street of Chicago, street wheelie guys.
That team ran AMA Roadracing for a few years, if I remember correctly they did okay.

I dunno. There has to be a few JStewarts out there. But without the father figure guys like James and Dungey had,
imo the best one would expect out of the City is something along the lines of what 338 did.

Bingo. Without a family/father it’s a dead end road.

Cleveland Ohio tried a track. Thank
God it’s dead and not happening. They wouldn’t of used it anyway. The luster and allure is riding wherever they want to show off.

With the loss of riding areas and tracks being the way it is, we might all end up being wheelie boys someday.
