The '82 RC250 is just a work of art... Made of unobtanium and built by hand. One of the most beautiful bikes ever built IMHO.

I was only rating stock Honda machines. I will probably do one for works bikes as well.

As far as production bikes are concerned, I was a fan back when they had a splash of blue....many years ago. Hondas from the last 20 years have been red and black. over and over. Man , the Honda color schemes got boring about 15 years ago and stayed that way

No, not seriously. It just seems pretty dumb to me to down vote a guy that contributes so much outstanding content. That's all Blaze does here. He doesn't argue or post stupidity, he just gives us excellent content, disappears for awhile and then returns with more good reading. Thank you Blaze!

As an avowed Honda hater from those days, even I realised they were the coolest and best looking bikes around and certainly qualify as all timers in my book. Nice piece.

Tony called it with the '87 line up. I got a chance to ride the 250 and the 500....even to this day,
it still brings a smile to my face

This was what defined cool when I was a kid. I wanted my CR80 to look just like it.

The 93 stock is epitome of sick. Though I didn’t see many of them, I always thought the bright red was amazing and the white airbox was sick. I love that my KTM has a white airbox.

The 87 CR's hands down.

Others... 1985, 1989, 1979, 2013

That's the one (top pic). First time I saw one I just thought they were the coolest bikes. Stood out from the rest.

Sucks I can no longer ride because I'd definitely build one of those.

I always liked the looks of the 83 CR480R. For some reason I just think it looks cool. Plus it reminds me of Magoo ripping on it. Just an awesome era of motocross.

The worst was when they were putting a white rear fender on. Hondas are supposed to be red!
