It sounds like he is being pretty truthful. Confident for sure. One thing though is, now he has set a big target on himself. He better be working hard, or else he will be dismounted from his high horse.

No one on Earth can blame him for feeling on top of the world and celebrating it! His incredible drive to win reminds of of the other greats who have come before himself. You may or may not like his cockiness, but Jesus give him a break! He just turned 24 and rides motocross for a living, is at the peak of human athletic performance, is on a factory 450, and is a millionaire.

In this world that seems to be condemning young men more and more, let's recognize his greatness and let him be his young fighter-pilot self. One who after working hard his whole life, with some tough injuries along the way, has won some great victories.

You have to realize how much he's had to hear about him vs tomac endlessly for the last year. I think he felt that he had already proved himself to be the fastest in the world and I agree with him. This weekend was just further confirmation. And then watch, next summer tomac will be dominating the outdoors again and the same idiots will get the debate started again. Unless tomac steps his game up big time, the debate is over. I think herlings is tired of pretending that it's not.
