I think it was Glen Helen and also for sure at the compound that I've seen in videos Big James calling Malcolm a D rider.
Good times. Laughing

Go get 'em Malcolm! Make the old man proud and give your brother that itch!

Don't get to excited, its just a test session or two to see where things go. He isn't signed yet.

"but MCR has committed to helping Stewart out with bikes, parts, and a mechanic for Malcolm’s many off-season races, starting next weekend in Montreal."

Okay, that's weird because I thought JGR was also committed to the same thing? Whistling Dizzy

hate the subject all you like, but if James secretly trains in Costa Rica or something, and comes back for the 2019 Supercross series on a Honda, it would be the most exciting news story in the history of the sport. don't think that's lost on him. I would not discount this entirely.

Yeah, I have a feeling Reed will probably be on the same program with JGR.. testing/riding, off season races (AUSX Open, etc.) and hope that they can get some money to line him up at A1.

that part about trying to find more funding for SX '19 surprised me.

Just like last year, it appears Malcolm wants more than the bonus heavy structure that MCR typically does.

Why would James need to train secretly when he has a MX and SX track at the compound behind closed doors.

Anyway, what would training secretly achieve?

He looked so good on the TLD 450 Honda, hopefully this will be a good move for him.
Pretty crazy to think he had those good rides, a good year on Geico, then a title and has struggled for a ride.

Pretty crazy?

-Last time he rode outdoors was in 2014 and his results weren't that great.

-Comes into the SX season not in shape.

-Doesn't return calls to MCR for offer they made him.

-His 450SX results haven't been great since he's moved up.

Yep, real crazy that he struggled getting a ride.
