I've enjoyed MXGP 1 and MESX. Was going to skip PRO after seeing the videos put out.. But glad I didn't. I've only put in about 50 laps on two tracks.

One of the coolest things is the feeling you get when pushing to go faster. Its the "shit could really go wrong" feeling. Most of the time its accurate.

The bike settings seem to be sensitive, which I thought they did very little in MESX.

So far the scrub only seems to send be directly in to a billboard off track. Dry

This game makes me want to curb stomp a baby. I’ve never been so pissed off at a game in my life. I’m usually decent at these, but not this one.

I played for the first time tonight and did a few races in career. I feel like they’ve gone backwards with the physics and the random falls in corners are frustrating.

Haha to the two posts above.. I was right there with ya! But I spent a bit more time playing it and man I'm glad I did! It's way harder and the AI is way better and I'm loving the fact that I have to improve..

Your having random falls in the corner cause your using too much throttle.

This games all about throttle control and set up.

Work on both and you will love it.

Everybody wants these games to be realistic then complain when they are. "Oh I crashed when I flat landed a 70ft jump". No Shit Sherlock you would have done the same thing on real bike.

The two strokes alone are worth the price of admission in this game. Super fun and have to be ridden just like a real smoker.

Do yourselves a favour and get a 250 smoker and learn to play the game in 1st person.

I’ve always played in first person and with a manual gearbox. I’m riding a 125 and it is fun but the rider will just explode sometimes if I crack the throttle wide open on the apex. Seems like they went a little over the top.

When you gas it/clutch it in the apex you can’t be touching the right stick or you fall, or have better throttle control

I like the game so far. I believe it’s better than mxgp 3. Things that they can improve on are track width, scrubbing is pointless and doesn’t come back correctly, speed seems too fast in this one and the gear selection could be a lot better. But it’s fun so far.

In all of milestones games people have done this type of “scrubbing”. Its easier to control than their animated bs scrub and helps a bit. But there’s a scrub glitch that really helps and it’s decent

I’ve been playing for the last few days and have recorded probably 5 or 6 situations where I hit a random invisible wall, pothole, etc.

Since this game is an “exact replica” of the 2017 MXGP season, did they put out boobie traps on the tracks that year? Just curious.

And the Audio fucking blows. When you are riding in a pack of riders you might as well mute the TV. Makes playing with manual shifting a pain.

Before I hear “you need to play more to stop the random crashes” I’ll have you know I’m in the top 10 on almost every track on the game. And honest to god probably have the most time played on all the Milestone games.

“I’ll have you know I’m in the top 10 on almost every track on the game” wow so fast. I don’t even play the game that often and am number 1 on a few. My audio isn’t like that, but again, I only play online with 12 players max. 5-6 glitches over the span of 60 hours nice

My audio is horrible, both two and four strokes. The engines sound like I’m playing on a 16-bit SNES at times.

I'm not sure if it has been posted but if you complete all the tutorials it will upgrade your rider. Each set of tutorials upgrades a different skill. It is worth doing.

Yep. They are actually pretty tough and useful. For example, you have to scrub really early than I though, then it shows your height difference over a double, pretty cool.

Dude. Shit was sli i iiiiii pery last night trying to race in the rain for the first time. Love the game so far. I was kinda thrown off the first time I played it. Like WTF did they do? But once I figured it out a little it's become pretty badass.

And for the life of me I cannot figure out how there are people in the All Out thread still going on about that game. Can't play it, can't get used to it. It's terrible, just terrible I tell you. So bummed at what has happened to that franchise.

I honestly think the trash talk about this game are either trolls from other game companies or guys that would not be happy with anything. I know other companies troll each other mercilessly in many industries.

Play MXGP Pro in first person - real riders view - and it’s the best MX game ever made. That’s coming from a guy who has played them all.

I liked the U.S. Supercross game but it’s not as fun as MXGP Pro. Supercross is nothing but jumps & on Xbox Live all those tight corners gets you cleaned out Zach Osborne style twice a lap. Nobody seems to be able to be within ten feet of another rider with out taking them out. On purpose or because they can’t play. The wider more natural MXGP Pro tracks are way more fun.

I am “PaulH333” on Xbox

Anybody wants to play hit me up.

Hopefully you’re trolling. The problem with your audio? That’s you bud. Mine sounds amazing. Better than any motocross game their is. So, your TV speakers suck. Get a headset or buy a better TV.

The boobie traps? While I will admit, there are a couple times that I fall where I think “..what..?” I feel a patch will work the kinks out. Other times you might be leaning too much, giving too much gas, not enough gas, cross rutting, etc.

If you are not completely destroying the AI then you are not skilled at the game by a longshot. I play extreme career and win every race but their are people way better than me. Smile

The more I play the ai isn't as good as I thought. They are still way better than in All Out. In MXGP the ai results seem to make more sense as to who is consistently near the front of the pack. I actually like both games though.

I'm sure this has been asked a bunch of times in here , but this thread is huge.

But on bike mod's.....when you earn enough money to buy exhaust , suspension , brakes ect......do they actually do anything to the bike? It didn't seem like my stock Kawi 450 went any faster , or felt any different. It also doesn't show any of those hop-up's on my bike when I push the back button , back to the main screen to race. Hmm? Maybe tonight I'll try a factory 450 and see if that's any different compared to my stocker.

You might want to stop and read thoroughly before you respond dude.

1. I think he would know if the audio was normal considering he plays moto games all the time. Maybe he had a corrupt download, or maybe he's noticing something that you are not.

2. He said he is in the top 10 on almost every track. I believe he means in the world.. like online leaderboard.. Not that he finishes in the top 10 against AI.

There are definitely places where there seems to be an invisible wall. I think it was the second track you race on in the career, there is a spot on the far right side of the track near a banner that if you hit it just right it's like running into a brick wall but nothing is there. I thought maybe I was somehow imagining things until I was chasing one of the AI and he smashed right into it as well.

I used cheatengine to give myself 10mil credits. Like fuck am I grinding through career to buy a PC exhaust that costs as much as buying a whole bike in game. Stupid!

I'm having audio issues too. I can hear my bike if I'm riding by myself but if someone is close to me, they're so loud I cant hear my bike to shift. And I dont need a "better" TV. Its a 55 inch UHD 4k sony so... that's that

Nah man. Definitely not trolling. I have a bitchin Samsung sound bar that sounds incredible with every other game I’ve ever played. It’s definitely the game. It’s only horrible when you are next to other players or towards the end of the gears.

And believe me, when I was saying top 10 on every track, meant overall in the world. I am completely destroying the AI and could probably smoke you.

Not sure why everyone sticks up for milestone? It’s great that we are getting moto games consistently, but for example, if you buy NBA games every year, or madden, there isn’t NEARLY the amount of glitches or issues milestones game consistently have. Just kinda shitty how we’ve learned to accept the glitches and shitty game production because they are the only good MX game developers right now.

Why don’t we hold them to a higher standard? It will only get us better games in the long run. If our community was like the call of duty community, milestone would be long gone by now.
