Thank you for posting our new CRF450R radiators. Glad you are watching our Instagram or Facebook where we post new products.

Photos do not show everything. The welds were done like this for a reason.

What the picture angle did not show was the radiator mounting hole that needed clearance that a weld would have blocked so by welding this way you can mount the radiators.

The weld at the top would have been welded to the fitting and if you whacked the radiator it could rip a hole in the fitting.

That's what jumped out at me. Those gussets look pretty bad. The holes are all over the place and they not even deburred/chamfered.

If no one in the build process noticed that and fixed/rejected them, what does that say about the rest of the product.

Not sure, probably pretty cheap in some countries. ICW in the USA charges $60 per radiator for welding all of the seams.

There will be quality issues with those radiators. And that’s an understatement. They’re not square. You can see it in the pictures. Fitment will be an issue.

As far as weld quality, you can’t have that bad of a looking weld without having issues in a pressure environment. Bad looking welds CAN get the job done, but not on a consistent basis.

I don’t necessarily mean to put lumpy on blast here, but based on his comments, he doesn’t understand what a quality weld looks like and/or how a visually bad looking weld is also a functionally bad weld as well. It’s either that or he’s ignorant to the quality of these radiators.

There is no defending that bad of a weld quality.
