305,- euro scalvani against 225 DPR (cr85)
Fun fact, a "fake" cone pipe will perform better than a real cone pipe...as it's smooth inside and doesn't have the imperfections of a real cone pipe.

Why are the guy's over here performing better with a cone pipe on there engine then with a standard pipe. Motorcross-scooter dragraces-karts -motor gp race bikes-old vintage race bikes
Have you ever sa the build of DPR or scalvani or STE or PPS?( i had them all) Those are outside and inside a piece of art..DPR-STE-PPS They build the pipe what you need.
Not a overall power what bill -pro circuit,-fmf-hgs gives.

Fun fact on a 4 stroke.. HGS the standard 4 stroke pipe what every one can buy is coming to short on a mx gp engine. The builder here asked HGS to build them a better pipe. then we are talking about imperfection of a pipe.. Those mx gp engines are not even fully tuned. Just standard with some upgrades what every one can do.

here some imperfection handbuilds from STE.. where are the builds from fmf-pro circuit-bills etc on these engines? Ow wait they can't do it. lol

yep in fact i think Bills pipes sells these kind of pipes

for best power at high speeds everything needs to be smooth, hence why porting and POLISHING the intake and exhaust are important. same thing with the intake tracts and the exhaust pipe. if you have a pipe with a lot of sharp angles airflow will be compromised.

Sharp angles?? there are no sharp angles. Power at high speed?? are you riding a dirtbike on the highway?? Only there you will get high speed. On a kart you will get high speed but the pipe is made to give the power in the best rpm range what the cylinder is performence is.. I have a 70cc scooter pipe what i have handbuild for a 16k rpm cylinder range coz no other pipe brand could bring that kinda rpm range for the 70cc cylinder.

So why do you think there are cone pipe builders.. Just becoz the average joe pipe brings average joe power to a cylinder. The handbuild brings the power what that cylinder need. it's calculated for the cylinder. No bill or pro circuit will do that. They are allround pipes for every cylinder the same. Not talking about high speed we are talking about 2stroke pipes for a dirtbike.

That's trick! I remember on the line racing offering honda cr carbon fibre disc rotors for sale (amongst all the other stuff) in 1990 but i don't think they sold any......think i still have an old mxa magazine with the advert in it up in the loft.that mugen showa shock is droolworthy too...

Well not entirely accurate. Yamaha has come around some with the release of the new YZ 65 and new YZ 85 come 2019. That said it's not like they stopped producing them so for the most part I agree.
