Jeez I don't know how that can't dent Tomac's confidence a little. He even skipped mxdn to take a longer break, meanwhile Roczen comes back from an injury which was so bad most people agreed he shouldn't race yet, and somehow still qualifies ahead of him.

I think Barcia will do all the rounds with Yamaha and i wouldn't count on seeing Millsaps race anytime soon.

Picking Anderson to win. Great lap for Kenny, but I doubt he can run that pace for 22+ laps.

I picked Eli but wouldn't be surprised if Barcia or Anderson spoil the party. Roczen is always a possibility.

For real tho Roczen getting the fastest lap definitely gave Eli a lil bit of arm pump and his front brake started creaking. If Roczen gets the holeshot my money says Eli’s front brake castrastrophically explodes blowing his front wheel off.

Awesome for Ken Roczen although it seems he often drops that left arm by his side like he is in discomfort. Hope that's not the case but good for him getting to this level so soon.

RG1 has been slobbering over Roczen since day one. Check his avatar. For sure impressive all things considered though.

I can see Barcia doing half season at least, Davi kept going on about his brain injury over his elbow so i'm not sure how keen he is to ride.

Roczen just needs to finish the race on two wheels. People always hype A1 like it means anything when it doesn't in a 17 round championship

OK, two of the top three qualifiers are know to be aggressive fighters/passers (Anderson/Barcia). I can’t help but to imagine that if those two get top 3 starts, then best of luck to anyone getting past them, well, staying in front of them. Barcia in the past was usually a good starter, Anderson not as much, but I’m going to stick with my prediction of last week with Anderson taking tonites win, and Kenny for the title.

I'm not talking about Barcia stealing Milsaps ride as such. I'm talking about Milsaps vacating the ride and Barcia stepping in. I think that Barcia will have that ride for the rest of the year whether he kills it or not. Milsaps had a big injury, and in his interview he still looked a little jaded, 8 weeks on. It's going to be a while before we see him again. If at all

I never mentioned Tomac, or Kenny winning the title, just that it is seriously impressive to have that kind if speed having been gone for so long. If you want to make stuff up and run with it then go ahead

well...looking back roczen always has been very fast at a1. he seems to excel when the hype is big but struggels to keep that intensity for all rounds. tomac is exactly the other way. he needs time to get going but when he goes, he goes fast. always been that way and riders don't really change much.

Great to see Roczen come back strong and healthy, #1 qualifier just icing on the cake.

Barcia was the pleasant shocker to me, yes he has a lot to prove, but new bike without much prep time just did not expect him to be so comfortable. Webb has got to be really pissed.

BB4 was expecting (hoping) for more.

But it is just the qualifying, at least this race is truly looking like it could be any one of at least 5 riders taking the win they are all so close in times.
