Have not done any updates for awhile but bike is finally coming together. All that's left is brakefluid, put tank and seat back on and pour in some fuel..Here's just a few progress pictures until the weekend where I plan to finish it off.

Rear wheel spindle and nut in Titanium and spacers and blocks in billet.

And rear wheel mounted with hardware

And some random pictures.

Will post final pictures over the weekend..

Thanks for looking.

Beautiful.

And, the Vespa (?) in the background is, too.

I like seeing people having 'tastes' in their two wheels, that aren't limited to one or two things.

And here is a photo of the billet clamp when I got it back from the machinist. The clamp was a lot of fun to have made. I did the autocad drawing and had a mate in Sweden (Thanks Martin) to do the 3D model and then a mate in Italy (Thanks Willy) had it made in a local machineshop.

Hey i need a set of those. Upper and bottom clam. Do yo make others i really need it?

Thanks again Bearuno. Yeah, the Vespa is cool but old. It's a 63' and actually goes faster than what the stopping power suggests..

Sebastien. I do not have any plans for making any more of the clamps and never made a bottom to go with the top. There's simply too much work involved with doing them and too little time in my life...

She is a real beauty, I like the way the 500 looks with the older style plastic and black engine cases. One question, why did you anodize only the top triple clamp black instead of leaving it silver or anodizing the bottom triple clamp also black?

Unfortunately it has not been out or ridden due to hand surgeries (yet!). It’s been displayed untouched since the last day of build back in 2017!IMG 5221 0
