Also, if you knew how little I was paid for Pulp related stuff, you would realize that I do it because it's fun and I love the sport.

And lastly, Matthes and I disagree on almost EVERY TOPIC on the show, making your overall point ridiculous. And I hate toes. But, I should congratulate you on being so good at your job, you sound like a valuable asset!

You are so wonderfully passive aggressive! Do you want to take back your comment you made years ago about "Everyone" being on PED's (except Chad Reed and yourself of course)? You tried to poison the water with your passive aggressive remarks back then and you did it once again in this thread when it pertained to Pourcel. It's obvious why you did it to anyone who can read through 2 lines. Your opinion holds clout as it should because of your skill on a bike, so why not disassociate your self with some one you "disagree with on almost every topic" (in your own words). Passive aggressiveness is a horrible trait, just come out and say what you really think, I guess your $$$ is more important?

You are closer to the industry then most or anyone here, so why does Matthes find the need to try and shit talk on Pourcel or any other rider that refuses to do interviews with him. I can't speak for Matthes or his motives or opinions. He is his own man and can answer for himself if he chooses to engage you. I really enjoy the show and being a part of it because above all else, I'm a fan! I appreciate being able to bench race and share opinions. Those opinions are going to evoke strong reactions, much like you're having now. That's just a part of the dynamic I suppose.

As for the PED comments, I don't remember the specific occasion but the sport is definitely cleaner than it once was. That's a good thing for everyone.

It's difficult to have a real conversation with you on anything with the tone and insults, etc. I have no problem with genuine debate but that's not debate.

How is the sport cleaner now then it once was and what does that mean? That is poisoning the well, show proof or disavow your statement. You are throwing accusations without proof, same as you did back then. I know you don't owe me a response but once again you through out a passive aggressive statement about riders using PED's. What PED's do you think riders were using, I am genuinely intrigued. Or are you saving it for the podcast?

I really like Christopher but I know this from the few times I've met him in the pits...If things are clicking for him, he's very approachable and extremely affable. When he's struggling with set up or other issues he zones everything else out. Pretty much like every other dedicated professional I've ever met. DV is very similar EXCEPT The Cobra made sure EVERYONE knew why he was struggling....set up, track, officials, other riders. I think that's why Americans embraced David so much...he was/is a vocal sumbitch.

Anytime testing is introduced, sports become cleaner. That's easy to follow. Anytime performance can be improved and there are no testing consequences, people will indulge. Common sense will get you there. That's all sports and really life, too I suppose.

I don't owe you anything, sir. You keep demanding these things but I'm not sure why. Are you thinking I'm going to do some sort of Oprah exposè if you keep asking? I'm not trying to "poison a well", especially the one I have lived in my entire life. These are all just talking points that have been discussed thousands of times.
