Got it. I guess i thought gun control meant the same as "ban all weapons" which is what i meant. I have never been into politics, so what i think i know about gun control is just from what i have gotten out of facebook lol.

Living in Australia I'm all for gun control but in Aus it is way over the top I'm not going to go right into it but i think America should be somewhere in-between...any-who very sad situation.

I personally don't know anyone in the Sloan family. ( although I know a Jimmy Sloan which scared me ) but my condolences to all his friends and family. Very terrible to read about things like this. God speed Jaisaac.

Just seeing this now.. Wow. I don't know what to say... I used to watch his YouTube videos. Seemed like a really good kid and he was no doubt talented and fast as heck with what looked like a promising future in the sport if he wanted. I also remember him having some very creative videos showing the companies/sponsors that supported him. This is an absolute tragedy. Condolences to the entire Sloan family and all those affected. RIP Jaisaac Sloan.

Well that's because common sense will tell you that more gun control will only ensure more responsible citizens will not be able to defend themselves against the criminals who will obtain guns despite the laws. I guess we could just ban everything that can kill, autos, motorcycles, knives, scissors etc

Anyway glad to hear the kid was arrested. Hopefully Arizonas courts will put him away for good. In Cal he would prob be walking free n 7 years.

Very sad for the Sloan family....condolences to all who knew him

The 2nd Anmendment says "shall not be infringed." We already have too many illegal gun control laws. He why don't we start infringing on free speech too. No more internet. Or how about we ban cars since that causes far more deaths than guns every year.

If the picture that was posted here earlier was of him, he looked pretty messed up. U dont think there even has to be a reason really, people do crazy stuff when they are not themselves.

Dont know if you are questioning what im saying, or if you are pointing out a misspelling or something. But yeah, ban all weapons. i guess the problem is that there already is guns there, so banning them would not help, it would just make all of them illegal. Was cleaning out my garage the other day and found "Off Brand" Jaisaac's movie/documentary and was wondering whatever happened to the kid? I haven't been very active in Moto since 2014 other than watching SX and outdoors on TV. Googled his name and found this thread very sad to see such a young life taken so early.

Looks like the POS murderer was offered a Plea deal and was downgraded to manslaughter. He did get 12 years for it though so at least there is some justice.
