I noticed that too. Wasn't sure if Mookie cross jumped him on purpose or if he just got cross rutted. He did look back mid air so I'm thinking it was a total accident. The track is breaking down and getting pretty rutty. Sucks to see them both go down like that since I'm big fans of both

That whole section is deep. You can see dirt falling out of the cases in between those jumps from being so deep. I don't think it was intentional by mookie

Wow, its interesting how everyone has a different perspective on the same event.

IMO, I think Mookie cross rutted and got slightly into Grants lane, proven by the fact that JG was able to get over and not crash even though he was in mid-air, JG was able to handle it, however he did get very upset by it and his move in the next corner was intentional, which makes it way worse than Mookies, but Karma is a bitch and he went down too, so it was all settled right then and there on the track and they both made the main anyway.

Nothing to look at here, racing incident, move on!

Mookie gradually was going into Josh's line. He was moving over a bit off of each jump. I didn't see Stew get sideways as in cross rutted. IMO, it was a deliberate strategy to keep Grant behind him. I would have done the same thing Grant did. Stewart has a history of doing this shit and Grant was having none of it. Go Grant.

How is gradually going into Josh's line a problem? Being ahead means you have track position and can choose your line as you please. Deliberately keeping an opponent behind you is called "Racing". Faster racers will manage to pass cleanly and within the rules.

According to what you wrote, the guy who starts last should win every race, because people in front arent allowed to deliberately be there, they have to yield lines to the rider behind them.

Perhaps you should say you feel Mookie intentionally cross-jumped JG while he had a wheel inside of him, but that would not be factual either.

I honestly think Mookie had track position, and he got cross rutted, looked over to make sure he wasnt going to get creamed and they both managed to avoid a racing incident, but JG intentionally took him out in the following turn, and he took them both out. If any one should be upset its Mookie, but Karma got JG on the track. Pretty sure Mookie will talk about it without any drama or harsh words and with a smile. After all its just a dirt bike race according to Dungey!

Even the AMA wouldn't change the results of the main due to something that happened in a heat. They had a chance to do something before the Semi. I think their position (at least it has been in the past) is that since both went down, no penalty was necessary.

But then again, this is the AMA...so who the Hell knows. Stick a finger up and see which way the wind is blowing.Whistling
