James Stewart Busting out a huge jump on a 125 , amazing !!!! starts at 4:42 we were in the stands and could not believe it. only a few 250s did it and he was only 125.

Damn, he was incredible altough it was 15 YEARS AGO.
Wonder if we will ever see that again, probably not.

Some of you need to come to grips with the fact that he's not coming back.

IF he shows up at Daytona it will be to announce his retirement and to race one last race. That is his home track.

Well keep hoping buddy because that James will be nowhere to be found. I predict he qualifies for the main through the semi (IF he even decides to race), crashes and pulls out with a weird excuse scoring a 18th.

I heard Kenny Watson on the Pulp show last night say that he heard that James has the bike all situated but he just hasn't rode it, he didn't know if that was true or not I guess but he was kinda hush about it.
So James has the Honda and it's ready to go but he has not ridden it ? Yea Watson reminds me of a few others that is down with the Bro's but really does not know crap. LOL

Maybe he's happy with what he currently has and doesn't want to waste his weekends watching a race when he could otherwise be riding

That's what I kinda think.

And even just riding, jeez, the guy has been at it since he was 4 or 5, anybody think he's just kinda over it by now?

A few years down the road, I'd look for him at the races, the ones at Lorettas, with his kid on the the bike.

Most of those points are actually true, from a certain point of view.

Retiring after A1 - Has not been a factor since A1 2016 lap 2.

NEVER riding the Suzuki again - Did he ever REALLY ride it again? (Yeah shit happens like crashing by yourself in a turn in moto at hangtown)

Wasn't showing up for outdoors - was that really JS7 under the redbull helmet?

Riding a husky - rumor

Riding a Yamaha - Video proof he rode one

Riding a Honda - Agreed upon that he has a Honda right now

Fill in for Kenny? - Was never happening

Returning Oakland - Was never happening

Returning Daytona - possible?????????

Still on a Honda? - Likely if hes actually riding at all

truth is NO ONE really knows what going on...........including most likely Stewart himself............the "for sure" thing is he is probably having a hard time "hanging it up", but also coming back again, or he would have been on the line at A1 IMO

Nope...and why so defensive? In any given Stewart thread, there are 2-3 Vital members that claim to know something nobody else does. Most of the time it's the same 2-3 and their "inside" information clashes...so who knows what? If there were as many "insiders" as there seems to be around Vital, their inside information would match...don't you think?

I mean...there is personal opinion, and then there is real information.

Maybe I came off wrong, I'm not defensive at all. My question was more along the lines of you've been around long enough to know who knows what they're talking about and who doesn't.

Yes I agree 100% with your post, the problem is you hear contradictory stuff coming out of their Inner Circle.

I get it, for sure. And I also get, even with me being a fan...that the Stewart clan seems to take great pleasure in keeping a hat over any information that involves James or (to a lesser extent) Malcolm. I've gotten to the point where I don't really care, and that's a shame...but the lack of information from the family and from James is the key reason. If he races...I'm happy, if he doesn't ever race again...I'm happy. The sport will go on, and I'm first and foremost a fan of the sport, not just of JS7.

And, yeah...I know who really knows, and the history of them being spot on. I knew over at the "other site" when it was still around, and I know here too for the most part. I just wish there wasn't so much jacking around and pointing of fingers when people that generally do make statements...but, as you say, that's what happens when the family or those in the inner circle of the family like to play games by giving contradictory information knowing that it will stir the pot.

I heard he was going to show up in Australia on a "Two Two Motor sports" KX 250 backed by Monster Energy, Fox & Alpinestar. That's what I heard at the adult daycare

James couldn't get a top 5 with an entire season of prep for a single indoor or outdoor series. Not one race. Let alone a damn season. You quacks really love to lick his taint. Give it up. He was relevant for a championship 10 years ago. Move on already and stop starting new threads on old shit. Vital is all old farts living in the past. Like parents living through their kids in sports it really is embarrassing.

Ringo,

Give it a rest man. UpTiTe knows his shit on here and anyone who has been around this place for awhile knows it. Its getting old. I might disagree with him a little on the impact of a guy like Aldon and his impact on a rider's results, but he comes from a place of knowledge and I respect it, as most everyone else does around here. If you can't add anything constructive to this post, then it is probably time to step away and push the reset button.

I really don't care too much. Just calling someone on some bold claims they've made in the past that have proven to be false. I see my posts were deleted, I guess we'll keep this place a fantasy land. No need for reality checks.

Look Johnny boy, I know for some reason somewhere along the line maybe I rubbed you wrong, I don't know whatever, but I'm nearly not the bad guy that you think I am, nor do I think I'm some kind of special Insider, I'm not.

I'm just a regular guy who was once in the motorcycle industry that still talks to a lot of people, all I'm doing is relaying the information that I hear from good sources to people that want to hear it.

Maybe someday you and I can meet, drink a beer, play some faro and argue in Latin who knows, we might like each other.

People have speculated that maybe he's over it and just doesn't wanna race anymore, the problem is the guy goes on social media and says that he does want to race and that he will be out there eventually and then crickets.
