You're ignoring the fact that James's best performances of his career were before Coy Gibbs ever suggested he see his doctor about ADHD and treatments...that doesn't fit with your agenda.
Also, I don't think people realize how rare it is for WADA and their panel of physicians to agree that an athlete needs a medication, and approve them getting a TUE once they have tested positive for the medication without a TUE.
Or maybe they do realize it, but prefer to work their weird agenda anyway.
As an adult you don't develop adhd.
James past accomplishments, greatest 125 rider of all time(most wins), perfect outdoor 2008 season and his numerous SX wins prior to 2010 do not show the inability to focus.
You always mention agenda, but you have an agenda as well. Pot calling kettle black
Yes, an agenda of less negativity in the sport, and less "haters" as the kids call them.
One can hope.
that's wonderful.
But if it is to be believed that he takes for that very reason, than all those discussing "those
who have adhd and those who don't, taking adderall differences...yada yada yada" is pointless.
My point isn't about James and the outcome, it's about how people discuss and "prove" what
they want to be true. Even if their proof, proves otherwise. They still don't see it.
Anyway, I don't want to get caught up in "this". If you reply be sure I'll read it. But as you stated,
the less negativity the better.
I do wish James the best personally, professionally but most of all, that he has his health when all
this is over for him. When he chooses.
Peace.
Pit Row
Oh yeah...this is James Stewart we're talking about. Right.
But funnily enough you proved my point. ADHD does not suddenly develop in your 20's as JS proved with his 125 career. So if he was fine on the 125 then why did he need it several years later? Probably due to the concussions right?
Using that logic, if Kenny's arm isn't 100% after the crash (I'm talking pro motocross 100% not carrying the shopping 100%) then he should be allowed to take unlimited amounts of steroids until he is on a par with the other riders, and he can do this without a TUE, right?
He was banned for a reason. You can hate me or hate wada but adderal is banned for a reason. It enhances performance, especially in unregulated doses such as Stewart was taking before he was tested.
He's super talented - I get it. But when the injuries took their toll he used drugs to compensate and got caught.
doing this stuff by the handfuls.
Re-read what you just typed. There is like 10 excuses all wrapped up in there. IF , IF , IF........Jesus Christ the land some of you guys live in just crack me up.
AND......besides that , I'm going to use Eli here as an example : He destroyed both his fucking shoulders and it's taken him almost two years to get back to normal. James takes a year off , with no injury what so ever.......and you think that's a good excuse? TONS of riders have taken that much time off due to injury.....not playing around at the fucking golf course , then coming back for your first supercross 25lbs over weight.
Because his wife had a baby? This shit is getting ridiculous!
Secondly you should google "wiki adderall" and read it. Education is a great thing even when the truth hurts.
If you are still angry, contact WADA. I'm guessing they know a bit more than you about the performance enhancing benefits of this drug, hence the ban.
PS sorry for all the mean, awful, accurate things I have posted.
There is nothing anywhere that says he was taking more than he was prescribed. WADA and their panel of physicians have agreed he needs to be taking the medication, that's why he was granted a TUE.
Everyone understands this makes you feel better about yourself, but I'm actually embarrassed for you at this point.
