One thing I can say about him is that no matter how well he does if he races again is that I'm positive that some people will love him and some people won't.

Really this is why I don't pay much attention to these shoot outs. It is subjective to the bikes sent to the different groups for testing. ML512 admitted in his test that they don't have much control over what's sent to them. For example if 2 bikes are completely broke in and massaged more and the other 3 are completely bone stock not broke in, not setup to the T, then the test is really not apples to apples.
To me all bikes should be sent in the crates, ridden for 3 hours by others and then each rider should spend 30 minutes setting up the bike for themselves at 1 track, and then ride at least 3 different tracks, with 3 different dirt compositions. That would be closer to a real test to me.
Could somebody post all James championships and total victories?
These little posts in a forum are kind of cold, and I'm not trying to be cold or confrontational at all, I'm not implying yours was better or worse than someone else's test, I'm saying all of them are a bit biased and incomplete.
Pit Row
By comparison, Ryan Villopoto competed in 15 title runs (16 if you count the GP season) and won 10 of them.
Ryan Dungey has competed in 20 title runs (not counting 2017) and has won 8 of them.
I'm kind of confused why those results are allowed to stand to be honest. In most sports competitors are stripped of any results gained whilst on the banned substance. Usain Bolt recently lost his Gold medal and it wasn't even him who juicing (it was his team mate).
I guess MX is still in it's infancy with this stuff as there have been so few positive tests but it's really good to see the sport moving in the right direction.
Funny how focused and "in the zone" he looks a few weeks before the positive sample compared to his performances after the ban where he looks like an out of control amateur.
Maybe just coincidence though. And maybe the whole team forgot to get it, or didn't know amphetamine based medicines were banned?
