I do like - no, I Love - the general shape of that pipe, as an Enduro / Off Road rider. Lots of extra clearance, and, if it were done in smaller diameter sections (this looks like a fairly high volume pipe, especially the header section) and it had the belly smaller / ovalised by the RH side of the barrel, I'd damned near kill for a pipe like that. As it is, it might not be a great pipe for all around use.

Over the years I've tried all sorts of pipes on the CR500s I've had, and keep going back to std ones - unfortunately, I'm going to run out of std ones very soon - large volume pipes haven't been my pick. Though, this one is far from being as sillily huge as some pipes being done by a few small companies.

Nonetheless, that's an effing gorgeous thing, and, as one of the pictures show, it was photographed during it's build process. As a fabricator / welder myself, I really do appreciate the work that goes into cone pipes.Cool

PS : how do you keep finding so many pictures of trick Bikes / things, Smezmx?

Hi,yeah there was also a fb video of the pipe by the company that built it.they are called gr exhaust system's in spain and the pipe itself is a one-off job.here's a link to the company/video which had quite alot of interest in the comment's section for sure.
Finding this kind of cool stuff has become a bit of a hobby and i have thousands of moto related pics saved on my ipad.

Finally finished my project, and am pretty proud of how it ended up looking. Day in the dirt kicked my ass. Probable a 2018 pre production model bike! This picture was taken at the hard enduro race "Roof of Africa"...

Until I came across Smez. I thought I was the after market man. As it tuns out. I'm not even a hair on a freckle on smez's ass.

Do you have a brother named Troy?

Better post a pic of one ofmy 2T's I suppose.

2006 fully loaded TSP built RM 250 engine in a 2014 RMZ 250 roller with 2016 suspension.. Have a couple cone section pipes on the way. A Scalvini and a TYGA.
Ran it in, trashed the FMF first ride, but wasn't staying on there anyway. Gnarly pipes suck.

Notice my super trick, custom, one of a kind billet HD radiatos? I won't mention how much they cost.

Ya. I have a 2016 250. Swaped the suspension over. 2T's get priority in my house. BTW. Rear shock is 2016 OEM.

Still using Danger UK. You're a bad influence on me Smez lol. I like it though. Keep up the good work. You make my life easier. Just expensive is all.

My 4T looks like this. I dare not post a pic of the actual 4T though. Notice the Sub Frame? It's only money.

Hydro blasted engine.

My neighbours -07 cr125, -09 subframe, airbox and plastics, the double pipe does unfortunately affect the power.

The Dutch Dentist definitely held the deed to Carlsbad for a few years. His custom painted yellow and orange helmet really caught my eye back in the day.

That brings back memories, forgot they called him the 'Dutch Dentist', think Gerrit was a qualified Dentist also.

Great memories as a little kid, visiting a few GP's and watching Gerrit and Roger D on the Rm's battling with Mikkola back at the time and then came Noyce and Lackey also to join the party. Think Roger D and Mikkola had the edge on Gerrit but at times he was close.
