Not paranoid (?) but in the last last few hours all has escalated real bad worldwide. Yes can’t leave in a bubble isolated forever but starting to wonder if it’s wise to get in a large (?) crowd. Seems SX championship is about to wrap up quick.

Same question here! I run AJ specs on my 19 and it's really good. Really cleaned up the issues and no more inconsistency. It's a bit of a beast now and I added a flywheel weight as a first way to make it more manageable (C class level here) I'm tinkering ... more »

Try this first before Keihin/Lectron swap (not telling you not to , but this is a low cost and proven setup) https://www.vitalmx.com/forums/Tech-Help-Race-Shop,42/KTM-HUS-125-150-250-jetting-thread,1363394?page=1

+1, Listen to this man and try his specs before spending a lot on any other carb (I did in the past on my 17 TC with a Keihin swap) My 19 with the Mikuni runs great and consistently now.

I had my kid riding too so it was a busy day and didn't feel like messing more with the jetting, but I'm sure i could have gone to 490 at least. I'll pt onefor next ride. AJ, do you think i could benefit from a 35 PJ? Jets swap is no big deal but it's ... more »

And make sure to have the S4 needle jet. Just came back from riding , only swapped for a 480 MJ before. Temp was low 80 but still 80% humidity (gotta love Florida for that...) The bike ran amazing. Crisp, no bog, nothing wrong whatsoever and never had ... more »

I have the 5.5 ish AJ cut for me and tested an OEM 5.0 that I had on hand. Couldn’t really feel a major difference between both . You can’t go wrong with the 5.5 you ordered. I also tried a 5.75 and it was too lean.

I'm the guy in Florida! 19 TC250 AJ specs work. The key is the slide, I haven't got much time to update his jetting thread but saw this and want to confirm his specs work. I also tried the 17-62 needle with same leaner slide and jets and it's also a ... more »

No Yikes... That's with a JD Needle With the stock needle, the manual actually calls for 440 at my altitude and temp. So sure the slide is a bit leaner but I don't ride super hard/wide open. It might be something to be worried about if you're young and ... more »

AJ, I will post my feedback. Getting into typical FL Thunderstorms time of the year but the plan is to test this WE. I saw many going the Keihin route (even on the TC that HVA put together for JA 21), https://motocrossactionmag.com/we-ride-jason-andersons-factory-tc250-two-stroke/ But there's so many WE warriors (like me) ... more »
