I just started riding / Racing a year or so ago at 70 years old. The only thing that will really hurt you are big jumps, so just take it easy on them and make sure you know the track or field before you go ripping thru it.

11/16/2022 7:02am a/s adjustment is something you need to fine tune. I set mine at 1.5 to start, got the engine at operating temps Next I hold the throttle a steady rpms above idle , while opening/closing the screw to find the highest rpm point. I'm about 1 3/4 now .

It’s like Chevy/GMC/Cadillac. Younger guys get a Chevy, throw on mud terrains, beat the shit out of it and change the oil themselves whenever they feel like “it’s about due for one.” Middle aged guys get a GMC, have it serviced by a trusted local mechanic and hand wash it weekly. Old guys get a Cadillac, take it to the dealership for an oil change and 1,278 point inspection every 2,998 miles and pay someone to wash, vacuum and detail the interior for no other reason than because they fuckin’ can. GasGas/KTM/Husky is the same thing except with dirt scooters.
