hey guys ,


today i pulled out the engine and saw that the cylinder is cracked Sad

now i contact Eric Gorr but he didnt answer Sad i think my german mails going into his spam folder
have someone here a good contact to eric ? i want to know if he can repair the cylinder Sad

shipping from germany to usa costs 40$ so i can not ship to millenium and after that to Eric :/

Millennium use Tom morgan I thinking for porting. Well known 2 stroke porting expert. And they repair cylnders. And they reply to Emails lol

My CR 125 cylinder and head will be back from Millennium tomorrow, like mentioned above they could do all. I'll post how mine turned out.

The repair of the cylinder goes also in germany
but i will know if eric can do it

so that i dont have to repair it before the cylinder go to him

hey boys , little update .

Eric has answered me and its no problem to repair the cylinder and bore it up to 144cc ..
Millenium has answered me too and say that they cant repair the cylinder .

i am excided what will happend next :D

Are you modding the cases for clearence yourself?
Rm cases don't have enough clearence for the 144 piston. They need to be opened up like the yz 125. If you didn't already know that lol

I suggest that you use playdoh instead of duck tape. It's easier to put in all small corner and the dust will stick to it. You can still use a vacuum to remove the dust before removing it. This is what I've done on my YZ144.

Eric Gorr is a very good engine builder. He is difficult to reach some times but don't let that trouble you. He is very busy but again he really knows his craft. Your motor will match the beautiful look of your machine. Grinning

This is the RMZ 250/450 steel brake line

Eric told me my cylinder will arrive this week Smile .. i am so excited !!!

Hey Boys Smile

some updates about my Suzuki RM 144 Big Bore from EG .
I found a nice tripple clamp from aspect .. looking good i think Smile



and the biggest update is the Lectron High Velocity 38mm Carb .. i didnt found a nice setting - i tryed the JD kits and so many Jets but not the right setting :/ .. bobbing all the way Sad ... but now i am so excited to test the Lectron .



i put this awesome thing today in the Suzi and hopefully it works like they talk about
first start was nice - after 3-4 kicks the bike start and runs really crispy

but the bad thing is that my suspension is already at the shop for some service :D
so the first ride will be next weekend i think ..

I've got a EGR 155 kit on my 2005 RM 125. I'm curious to hear about your Lectron carb.I'm having some jetting issues. Also,what triple clamps are those? Your post said "Aspect". I can't find them anywhere on line. Euro only?
