Eric Gorr does the whole conversion. My buddy has an '07 144. I feel like it pulls slightly better than my 155, but our gearing is a bit different,and he has V Force reeds, I don't. That could make a difference.

It's actually a 144 bore with a stroker kit, which makes it equivalent to a 155. Probably a pretty poor explanation. I'm sure somebody here can explain it better....

Make sure you tell him that you have RMZ front fender, front plate, and side plates cut for restyled look. He’s great to work with.

I’m pretty sure those graphics were done by the same guy who did mine. He can angle the numbers so you can cut the plates.

I've got a EGR 155 kit on my 2005 RM 125. I'm curious to hear about your Lectron carb.I'm having some jetting issues. Also,what triple clamps are those? Your post said "Aspect". I can't find them anywhere on line. Euro only?

Nice!! Where'd you find flo yellow shrouds & tank. I just rebuilt an "05 and an '07 and was looking for flo. plates and side panels. Couldn't find them.

Looks incredible. I posted this in another thread: KTM pegs are compatible with rm 125. I ordered IMS pegs for 2007 ktm 125sx, and they fit my '05 and '07 rm 125's.

That is sweet, bro. I rebuilt an '07 and just acquired an '05. The '05 was only in need of cosmetics. It's an Eric Gorr 155 big bore. I'm anodizing rims & painting hubs/frame soon. Here's what it's looking like now:
