Anderson is coming off injury. My guess is we get our fucking asses handed to us. No Tomac, no Dungey, no Barcia. What a bunch of bullshit. If we do win, it will be because those guys have huge chips on their shoulders.

We'll see.

Jason WANTS to go & he wants to WIN.

So, you'll have to forgive me if I'm not just another Negative Nancy.

It's like this: I'm a Boeing kinda guy...and your an Airbus kinda guy.

I'm jus' sayin'...
Normally I'm more of a Boeing guy, but when the Boeing crew says "We just can't be bothered to represent our country...yawn." then yeah, I'm more of an Airbus guy.

Best wishes for our team. May they go in like a buzzsaw with an agenda and serious fucking attitude.

I feel Anderson over Barcia is a big gamble. I hope it pays off!

I think that that's a slap in the face of riders who been racing the whole series
to give the spot to someone who's been hurt...?
The riders that deserve to go are.... Justin Barcia, Davi Millsaps, Weston Peick, Phil Nicoletti, etc.

I like Big Al, big he's inconsistent, and his two previous MXDN races haven't been so good.

Austin Forkner should be the MX2 rider...

You have Alex and Jeremy mixed up. Agree on the choice of Anderson but it may have come down to a team willing to spend the dough.

Not going to be a pretty sight, Possible 5-7th overall.

I think it is a solid team. All the other "big" nations also have some kind of injured riders that won't race this years MXoN, or have riders coming back from injury (or have some pretty fast riders that just don't care to race the event ;-) ).
So I guess team USA will for sure be fighting for the win this year.

I think they will be like the miracle on ice 1980 US hockey team and win! People counting them out and saying they are outmatched. These guys actually want to be there and I bet they have chips on their shoulders with something to prove.
Who counts them out? May not be the best individual riders but look at all the other teams. Team USA is still favourite in my opinion.

So will I , after team GB of course!!
PS I really like the aggressive riding style of this team USA, should be fun to watch and I hope if they pull this off they should get asked first next year.

Man, I am so stoked that A-mart is going. I'd like to believe Roger picks the team based on who he thinks has put their heart into the season. Webb and Alex fit that bill exactly. Anderson's season was injury interrupted but he he lays it all out there. Good team. Go USA.

I'm pumped for A-mart. Very deserved for he and Webb.
I hope El Hombre treats the world the way he treated Justin Brayton on the face of that triple.

I ain't betting on any class overalls but that's not how the Nations is played. Solid results could bring the Chamberlain home.

You should be whining less and supporting the team more. These are the riders who were picked, and who were willing to go and represent the U.S.A. The current era of riders just don't seem as willing to go, and that's a shame. I don't care if you're switching teams, or you have a full schedule, or whatever other reason they give; you should go out there and give your best for your country. It's an honor, not a burden. I hope Webb, Martin, and Anderson come out on top. Anderson was pulling in some decent rides, Webb has showed he can ride a 450, and Martin is on this season. No talk of this being the B-team, they were the one's willing to go which makes them the A-team in my book.

Well , I'm pumped on this team. I have no idea how well they will do , but I know each one of them will fight until they can't fight any more. That's all I can ask for and I'll be tuning in , in the middle of the night until the weee hours of the morning supporting them.

It's a solid and extremely capable team. I wouldn't right-off this team for a second, there's a lot of grit and determination among those three riders. Personally, I'm really pleased to see Alex get the nod.
Other teams, right them off at your peril...

You're right. That would be an huge mistake. I'm mostly addressing the people that feel this team isn't the strongest team that could have been selected. It's still a potent team that has aggression and hunger.

Why isn't everyone pissed at JGR (Barcia) or Dungey like they are at Roczen and Tomac? why isn't anyone questioning their honor/honour? Whistling

Very selective bunch

Let's list out the teams, I'd take that team this year on what's available. I question the Anderson pick but his aggression will be fun to watch.

If they're left off your contenders list, that would be a grave mistake, the writing is on the wall for a good old USA comeback story, right out of 82 and 92 storylines... see.

Well it isn't the strongest team that could've been selected to be fair. But you always know that any team the USA pick is going to be a contender. Same with Belgium

Honestly....I'm never hyped up for this race ( even when we were winning )....until the night before. Then I can't sleep and basically stay up all night , and by the time the racing starts , I'm 100% locked in and enjoying it.

No matter where we finish....1st , 2nd , 3rd , 5th....whatever , I'll be supporting all our guys. That includes other country men that race the AMA series. But I will be cheering like hell for TG243 , CD25 and AC222 as well! I have my favorites from across the pond as well.

Just hoping for some great racing. BUT.....Go team USA!
