My buddy @jrod_racing snapped a sick vid of Stankdog wringing out the 125 over the 180ft booter and giving the fans a show.

Too bad the only times I saw him on TV was getting lapped and being a nuisance.

His bike might be uncompetitive compared to a 250f prepped by a pro ream, but let's say he rode a 250 f built to whatever his budget allows...would it vault him upwards in the results,or would he still be running last?
Would one of the top riders be running dead last if they had to ride a 125 instead?
I guess glen Helen is a bit of an ask for a 125 on those long up hills , but it might be more competitive in the sand at southwick.
Anyway , he might be just taking some pride in qualifying for nationals on a 125 .
I wish I could be there to watch, I would cheer for the guy every time he went past
That is, for the Homo sapiens is Lord of joy and fun, but people forget that MX (and life, by the way) is all about having joy and fun. Keep it fun, Stankdog!! Go big! Live your dream!
Pit Row
Because he is racing. At US MX Nationals. And everyone in the world but 39 (125 class) other guys are NOT. By all indications he is accomplishing such bad-assery with less $$ and more FUN than is the norm.
