So fucking stupid! Let those thieving piece of shits post those videos all day long while endangering other people.....but Topher does it the " right way "...and now the law is after him.

That folks is how this stupid fucking country works. The law enforcement in some of these states are so fucking stupid.

Gawd I get to the point where I can't stand it any longer.

I get your frustration, but it's not like the wheelie boys post their name and contact info, and the police still don't do anything. They know they're doing something illegal so they stay anonymous. Topher did not stay anonymous.
They both did something illegal, but only one of them posted who they were.
Bullshit.
"Chino" is a very well known Wheelie Boy. It wouldn't take a whole lot of "police" work to put some names to faces of those assholes.

While I think the concept of Ingalls' video was cool, I can see how some don't think its much different then what the WOW Boyz do, but I think this is complete garbage that they are going after Ingalls on this. Don't they have REAL criminals to catch in California??

His attorney fee's are what are going to slam him, if they charge him. I would say it was photo shopped, done in a studio. Other than the starting sequence, and the finishing parking scene, done on a desktop, period. Go chase some real criminals. What a waste of California resources.

Here's something to consider:

Rest assured that a hell of a lot of 'normal citizens' are pissed off with the whole Wheelie Boyz thing, and, wanting them dealt with.

And they, far outnumber we pissed off ( with the Wheelie Boyz ) Motorcyclists.

Topher has given the powers that be, a 'gift' - something that they may be able to prosecute, for them to hold up to the masses to show that "they are doing something about these criminal dirt bikers".

So, a bloke who appears to be a good - despite how lowly Real Estate Agents are held in the public's eyes - and, I'd think, generally law abiding person, on (what appears to be) a registered bike may well be nailed to the wall, to provide 'evidence' to the masses, that the system is doing something.

I really hope that a previous poster's view of pleading the 5th, is viable.

We all , as bike riders, I'd say, tend to drive around, spotting ramps / mounds / hills thinking how great it would be to arc it up on them. I live right near a Golf Course, that weaves in among my little suburb, stuck between a river and the foothills, and, in my youth, did use it as my local MX track....... but, never on the 'Ts', and never on the Greens. Mind you, that was in the 70s, when the course workers, tended to watch, and applaud mine and my mates 'style'. Nowadays, I'd think the Tactical Response Team would probably be called.

Choose to enforce the traffic laws and nail Topher to the wall. Meanwhile, they're turning an intentional blind eye to the thousands of Illegals pouring over the Cali/Mex border. Hell, they even reward them with free medical care and a Driver License! Amazing! Got to love the selective enforcement.

I'm pretty sure when they have you on video with your license plate you can't plead "it wasn't me". It was stolen or it was you. What? No police report saying that bike is stolen... must have been you!

Now, I'm now lawyer, but I did play Dr. with Becky Crump in the garage behind my dad's '57 T-Bird when I was in the 2nd grade.

I haven't been privy to any donation site for his legal fees, but you can bet your ass I WILL DONATE SOMETHING. I don't disagree that he is just as in the wrong as the WOW Boyz, but if they are going to spend taxpayer funds to prosecute him I think we need to see a 10 page indictment list of wheelie boyz. 100% for EQUALITY

So one guy on one motorcycle is more dangerous than 25 people on the streets at one time weaving in and out of cars on bikes and 4 wheelers? Explain your logic to this poor old dumbass here. I don't quite get it?

Both were irresponsible in my opinion and the legit guy has seen the shit going on with you tube videos so why lump yourself in with them?

A lawyer would (rightly) tell Topher not to say a single word to the police, even if they arrested him. I highly doubt the state could prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it was Topher unless he admitted it.

Too bad he's already made several public apologies, including one on the original news article. I agree, he should've kept his mouth shut and let the cops do the dirty work. They wouldn't be able to prove it was him.

SmoothDouche,

My comment about free medical care was more tongue in cheek, but if you think California doesn't roll out the red carpet for Illegals, or Undocumented Immigrant's as folks like yourself prefer to call them,YOU are the idiot!!!

By the way, there is a difference between medical care and health care(as you refer to it). Do some research! Facebook doesn't count! Plenty of ER's around So Cal being overwhelmed by illegals with no insurance. Guess who pay's their bill!!!

Haha, I figured since he was quoting part of a sentence that didn't require the I capitalized, I'd leave it alone. I figured someone may point it out though... Laughing
