Yep, because letting your 6 year old kid ride a 1200 lb animal (horse) that has a brain and will of it's own, that can jump 8ft in the air and run +40 mph, when your precious little kid has barely half of a miss-fitting brain bucket on their head for safety (and nothing else) is a much safer option.
