I was just at the local dealer on my lunch breaking sniffing around, hoping to check out the new KXF, but unfortunately they were all still in the crate. Honda all over the floor though. Sick

My question for you guys that have gotten them in the past month or so, what are you getting them out the door for if you don't mind me asking? One of the salesmen mentioned that there is already rebates on them, but didn't say how much. I didn't dig too hard as I'll probably buy one elsewhere.

At the local shop it looked like just over $9400 otd. Obviously that's not with a deal or any rebates.

That's the same number I was told here in Vegas and in Phoenix... I said "No... the Kawasaki, not the KTM!" Wink

Price might depend on being a frequent loyal customer. Loyalty pays off, prices mite vary on hookup, rebates. Cash is king outa state.

I call BS on that number and deal. But it would be a great deal, that's for sure! Unless of course it is some type of support ride, in which case you're not really giving the OP any useful info, are you?

If your tax is like here, you are looking at around $900 of this as tax. With freight and even a modest setup fee, that's not way out of line. There are some better out of state deals where you don't pay tax though.

Exactly, no way you will get that bike at that price as a regular weekend warrior. Team green , shop rider, price might be different though.

10,582 with a free promotional pit tent in Canada. Out the door. Shit, with the US dollar you'd be better off buying it off me and driving it back down Grinning

Ya it's like 9.25% tax here plus all the other crap. In July 2013 I got my 14 yz250 for $9200 otd. Unfortunately I wasn't patient and didn't wait for my normal shop to get one in so I paid full pop...

I'll say this too....a couple times a year , Kawi gives out some huge rebates. I've seen them any where from $1500 , $1800 and $2000.....that is a huge chunk of change! The going rate up here in Oregon is $8799.00. If you guys wait a bit , those rebates will come and you'll get one Right around $7000.00. A little more , maybe a little less.

When price shopping a bike, keep in mind there are many variables such as : sell price, pre-tax price, price with dealer fees, out the door price, down the road price, in the garage price, on the stand price, in the pits price and finally, the all important on the gate price.

Oh hell yeah Barron! You know I'd be down for that! And hey , talk to her and see if you can plan the trip that goes through a weekend. Have some cool stuff going on in Portland that week so she can stay busy in town , and we'll have more options on open tracks. Something like a Wednesday afternoon you roll in , we'll hit PIR Thursday for the races , ride Sat and Sun , rest up and eat food and drink beer on Monday. You know what I mean? We could all go out on a couple of those nights too.

And I'd be all down for going with you to pick up the bike in my van , get her setup and ready for the weekend ride! You know I can store it too!
