He is a kid. He doesn't seem to be fully grown up and I am surprised other people don't realize this. Kids will be kids

I dont get the whole penalty for a take out in a corner. With the way people think about it there should be a rule where you cant touch someone with your bike. I get that it was a dumb thing to do but get over it.
