There is an easy solution to this entire debacle. The instant a rider gets lapped, he needs to pull off the track and go to a designated "time out area" with the rest of the lappers. Once the people who are actually in contention finish the race, then the lappers can resume their race until they've finished. Wink

Really???? So race gets finished but then started again, so lappers unlap themselves but does that mean next lap they lap original leaders so then gave to pull in to let others catch up

Was a joke my friend. Lappers can cause issues for riders at times, but they have a right to be there. I've seen times when lappers accidently slow one leader and not the next because of line choice. Just a side affect of racing and almost always unintentional, but when you're in 2nd place and trying to catch the leader, I'm sure it is frustrating. The frustration could have been handled a little better by Cooper probably.

I now try and find the humor in debates such as this. I got pulled into a few awhile back and like Cooper, said some things that were inappropriate. I try not to do this anymore. Most of us are good people here with different opinions is all.

Appreciate that. I have an odd sense of humor that many don't get or maybe they do and just don't find it funny.

That Irish was mad because coop put him down 7 seconds per lap. He had to come over at yell at Coop now , because after the gate drops , he'll never see him again , until Coop puts him a lap down. Gotta try and make a name for yourself while the whole world is watching ya know?

Did you guys hear Cooper last night on Pulp? He said that he and Romain were following Stu and another guy that were fighting for position. The guy fighting on track with Stu ( which he was ahead of Stu ) , looked back and saw Romain and Cooper , and got out of the racing line to let them by. They both let Febvre go , and then Stu not only passed the guy he was fighting with but looked back at Cooper , and jumped completely across the track into the racing line and almost took out himself and Cooper.

After the race , Cooper said he rolled up behind Stu , tapped his rear wheel with his front wheel to get the Stu's attention. Then Stu proceeded to go bat shit crazy. Cooper said it caught him off guard and wasn't expecting him to freak out like that , and said it was really weird.

Sounds like to me that Stu kinda rode dirty and like an asshole and then got pissed when he got called out on it. On top of the fact as the guy I guess is pretty well known to not like anything American. As he damned near cleaned out RD last year or the year before too.

And with all the guys in THIS thread alone that jumped Cooper for it. It " had to be " coopers fault , no matter what I guess. Dizzy

No, not all, but certainly you as well as him. No point in denying what is blatantly obvious. Maybe you'd get a little respect if you admitted it.

I couldn't care less if that Stu guy likes American's or not. I just posted what was said last night in Cooper's interview. It is funny that he let Romain right through and damn near cleaned out Cooper though. Obviously the guy is super fast to even be out there , but he seemed to obey the blue flags for one guy and not the other. Not that it would of made a difference , because Cooper wasn't going to catch Romain anyways , but still kind of a shit head move.

admit what ?? that it is ok for you to talk shit about euros, mxgp and making these stupid comments , but if a euro does he is a american hater ?? yeah sure , i got used to it ... i dont even care , just noticed it again ... it was meant more as a joke , cause i know i dont hate americans .... im never disrespectfull about any rider or so ... just some USA fans who disrespect us will tick my clock some times .... but im getting used to that also , its a USA based forum and to be honest i can laugh about youre comments 9 out of 10 .... so there is nothing for me to admit ...

He was the last one to get lapped. There was no battle between Febvre and Webb at the end of the moto. Fishy.
