So many people in this thread are living in 2009

Dungey, canard, Tomac, reed, moosecan, Kenny, even pourcel seely and Anderson will be as fast as James on a off night.

He has wayyyy more competition than he did in 2009.

He is not so much better than everybody except one guy like he used to be.

Doubt it, the only thing you can stamp about A1 2016 is that if everyone is healthy James will have the fastest practice lap.

I will say this. If they held all 17 rounds of SX at James' practice track. Then yes he would dominate.Wink

I think im more excited about pourcel being in 450 supercross this year, than I am about james returning! they will both be up near the front

I think you guys in this thread better put down that pipe. Do you really think Tc41 dung5 and KR94 are now faster than JS7? Did you not see him and RV kick all these guys ass in 2014? im 100% sure it will be ET3 & JS7 fighting for wins.

You shouldn't make predictions against rd5 just because you don't like him, how many times must you be proven wrong before you feel like an idiot?

Will he win races? yes. Will he dominate? I doubt it. The other guys he's up against are too good for that to happen. Looking forward to seeing him race again though. One thing you can guarantee with Stewart is drama and excitement

I'm not your secretary look it up yourself and while you do, look up how many times JS7 finished ahead of RD5 in a SX c-ship. As for RV, of course he got the best of RD in SX, but he is retired so...

I really like JS7, and enjoy watching him race, but Dungey is the guy to beat right now, and I think he made some huge progress in intensity and agression over the last year, so I wouldn't be surprised if JS7 crashed while trying to get away from Dunge.

RD have proven many times, that he basically sticks to the highest possible speeds, that still keep him on the safe side. Anyone noticed, that guys going even just a little bit faster than RD usually crash soon after?

I don't get how a lot of people here act like Dungey was a slow ass rider.

On the other hand, with JS and Barcia both having the aggression I'd love to see them battle it out.

I'm just damn glad that we are going to get to watch the guy for a couple more years! I doubt he will dominate but It would not suprise me to see him to win thr SX title one more time and definitely win some MX motos.

No, James will not dominate.

I believe I have read that Dungey wants to race for two more years. I'm predicting at least two more championships for Dungey out of the four available during the 2016 and 2017 seasons.

Yes

TC3 and JS7 might be fighting for wins, but Dungey will be in it until the end for the championship.

Consider this though, TC3 will only have been back on the bike for 6 weeks at A1 in 2016.

James hasn't won a championship in over 5 years so I don't see how he would dominate with Dungey Barcia Canard Tomac and Roczen lining up every week? I'm a big Stew fan but no way he dominates. I don't even think he wins the SX title.
