Thought he was going to have a top 10 for a few minutes! All these smokers are starting to look pretty competitive!

Why? 2-strokes are harder to ride - especially when it is wet.

Mud as a whole makes for a great equalizer of riders. I'm a two stroke fan and think the sport was far better when it was just two strokes, but I don't see the results having been the same in dry weather.

That being said, it was a good ride in shitty conditions. Nice work. It's great to see some two strokes popping up and making the shows.

Proof of the pussification caused by the four stroke effect?

I read on Vital you cant compete in the 450's with a smoker.

Coby Gragg ignored that! Evil

They can't. The fact that they are ridden more for publicity in the 450 and 250 classes says more about their un-equalness to the larger sized four strokes than anything. Some of the 250F guys run lap times that are close to the top 450F riders.

Awesome, I love it when a two-stroke beats a lot of four strokes.

So?

Means the AMA Rule is useless?

2- stroke a better motor than 4- stroke. Lighter with less moving parts yet more powerful. Now that ktm, and husq, are taking over, we just might see more of them before electrics, I hope.

2 strokes are better in the sand as well.

I thought it was kinda funny that at one point late in the broadcast, Weege and Langston were talking about being surprised 28 450 class riders still circulating the muddy track (with only 12 DNF/DNS)- and right at that moment you could hear a 2 stroke in the background blasting out that beautiful sound.

Imagine that, the usual suspects making fun of a guy kicking ass in the mud on a stroker. Huh

Hell yes!!! Cody barely missed qualifying for Muddy Creek this year on the smoker after some issues. To see him score points like that is badass! GREAT RIDE bud!
