Cool deal, I'm good with who ever is brave enough to take the plunge first.

Might want to get someone who has things going their way at the moment though.

K-Dub is a great pick. Articulate, still relatively close to the action, and could offer a "behind the scenes" look at the industry without fear of repurcussion.

Rick Zielfelder, Ziggy is huge and we don't hear much from him.

The most interesting people would be those "behind the scenes", but not directly connected to a team.

The top riders, team managers, and team mechanics, while probably very knowledgeable about the inside details of the industry, have contractual obligations (aka jobs) so they will just give the politically correct answers. I think it would be like most of the podium talk, except online. If they were even allowed (by the team management) to do the forum, every answer would probably be scripted by some PR agent.

Try and get some of the fringe players who know what is happening, but may be more open about the answers. I doubt anyone is going to burn a bridge or say something out of line, but they may be more open to give honest answers rather than the politically correct rated G version.

Jeff Emig is one of the coolest people I have met. I met him at a local scooter shop (his kid rides scooters) and I asked him if he was gonna have his kid race, and he was telling me he knows how hard it is to make it in this sport, and he will only if he wants to.

I have always wondered about the riders coming off the track with a broken bike or what have you and have Georgia with a mic in their face before they can get the heart rate back down to normal.
