Missed only 4 Houston rounds since 1990 as it is typically Louisiana's home race since we can't seem to get one on a regular basis. Take Houston away we road tripping to Atlanta and/or Dallas at 8hrs away each.

I vote for Seattle! Made the six hour drive down three years in a row, always a damn good time. Ps who would actually park at a stadium and not just take transit? I have to believe all modern stadiums would have stops right there.

Super Bowl is here in 2017, I'd imagine that could be the issue as they're upgrading stadium quite a bit and work has got to be done before 2016 regular season kickoff.

It was just a play on words since the place is sitting vacant and nobody can agree on what to do with it. The place put Houston on the map in its day, now, its like a ghost town. It might be on the chopping block if its determined that its not the worth the money to upgrade or keep it.

Could be wrong, but I am sure I heard an interview with someone at Feld last season (?) where they said they wanted to take a race to Europe? Think it was in regards to the first race at MetLife.

I am guessing it will never happen, but damn, that would be awesome!!!

I believe this was discussed on Pulp last night. Current rumor is adding a new round to Boston, back to Toronto, and moving one of the 3 A's to a 2nd San Diego. 2nd Atlanta and Houston would be off the schedule.

Im also hearing that Houston and Toronto will alternate. So Houston could be back on the schedule in Twenty-17.

It will never go back to the Astrodome. While the hard core moto fans and the riders like the big floor, the casual fan would not set foot in that old building. NRG stadium right next door is a very comfortable and cozy venue.
