..because of the motorcycle industry over the last few decades? Recently switched my dogs to blue buffalo dog food and they really like it and it got me thinking... LOSI (Star Yamaha) and Traxxas RC cars, Samsung, Lucas Oil in my cars/trucks, various shoe companies, clothing companies and even N-Fab now that they are in the industry. Never really thought much about it but I do prefer companies that support moto.. The advertising is working I guess.

My question is, with so many generations here, what have you supported over the years because of their support for the industry? Camel? Amp'd Mobile? THQ? Monster?

Things I've bought because they put $$ into the sport ? Hmmm.... good question. Surf laundry soap and Peak anti-freeze. Oh and used 1-800-collect for awhile, Bought some Bad Boy Club surf trunks and I drink gallons of Coors lite, so.. 5 things I guess. And I suppose Red Bull once in a great while, and a Monster to pour out in the parking lot so I can get a pit pass at Anaheim. I might drink more monster if it came in a smaller freakin can, who can drink a whole can of that shit ?

X2 on all but 1-800 Collect. Jeff Glass was a stud, we definitely switched laundry detergents.

Yep, same here.

Always liked that Surf sponsored Jeff Glass BITD, so I figured since I was already buying detergent, why not their's?

Thought about taking up smoking when Camel was the SX sponsor but never followed through on it. Too much of a procrastinator, I guess.

Wouldn't wear anything but DC, or Etnies shoes growing up in high school. Used to flip through magazines and see them on everyones feet and in ads themselves.

Flat brimmed hats weren't cool at school, just at the races. Now it seems the flat billed is cool everywhere for kids these days.

I refused to wear fox because everyone that never threw a leg over a bike wore fox. Now I feel like some of their products are worth wearing. Some.

I've used gecko and progressive, but to be honest I used them both before they were sponsoring the sport.

Here's a cruel irony...I had geico insurance on my Honda that was stolen. I used the claim money to buy a Suzuki lol!

Whould never have bought Bud Light if it wasn't for Mcgrath. Also Nike 5.0 caught my attention when they where with Stewart and Dungey. Never cared much for Nike, their shoes simply don't fit my feet.

Too funny, I was thinking about a thread like this last Sunday, Just bought my first Honda 4-stroke. A 160cc Honda lawn mower. HA. I have had a Husqvarna chain saw for a few years. Oakley sunglasses...

I've ridden Yamahas for life because they gave my dad a support ride back in the 80's.

I drive nothing but Toyota vehicles. One, because they support teams, 2 they advertise in motorcycle publications and have for 4 decades. They align themselves with moto. But also, because they have worked with Yamaha for 30+ years in engine design. That is loyalty to our sport. So for that and because their vehicles are badass, I only buy Toyota

If you got a older car or truck that's got some miles, & the tranny is starting to slip ever so slightly Lucas Tranny fix is the
real deal, got a couple more years old of it.

Surf detergent....always thought it smelled good and when I pull out clean gear it feels like I'm 12 again.

Too bad blue buffalo Is being sued by everyone right now because they made claims that were false about their dog food.
But hey. Hopefully they make it out with some money left over so they can still support moto.

The dog food companies are always suing one another about their claims (once repped a supplier caught in the crossfire) It seems like an industry culture.

I own a lot of Troy Lee casual clothing. Always been a fan of the brand. Just about everything Troy puts his name on is usually pretty cool.

Lets see, Spy sunglasses because that's what MC wore, same with Vans for a long time until I went to DC. I never wore TLD gear, but I like their t shirts. Amsoil I would have never used if it weren't for the FC team with Travis Preston.
