This is it..game over...every part of it says motocross. Some of the late 70s KTM had the same profile, twin shock/conical hubs/leading axle fork/air cooled......gives me good bumps.

That 76 RM is a great looking bike.....I wanted one of them so bad I would have done murder for it.....well, maybe not murder for it, but pushed somebody down for it.

No doubt the dominate bike in big bore twin shock class. The 82 was a disaster transition bike. The 83 was the King with redesigned bottom end with gear drive primary, Ohlin rear shock upgrade but outdated in the class it runs in today.

Next time instead of saying best looking bike of all time, say coolest bike of all time, or favorite.
100% disagreement. When Jackson Pollack wannabe's took over the MX graphics departments everything when downhill really fast and they haven't recovered since. All the best looking bikes came out between roughly 1975 and 1990. Same with riding gear.

Never did care for the '86-'87 RM. looked like a swayback horse.

I did however dig the '88 and owned one. Great bike!
