A quick update. Both bikes are sold, purchased by a collector. This is the exact outcome I wanted for these two, so I'm very happy. The new owner is already working on scoring the parts to build an engine for the 93. Here are a couple of pictures taken just before they were picked up:

benno, The 48mm forks will bolt up with only having to bore the triples to accept the larger fork tubes. The shock on the other hand will have to be converted to a long body to fit your 07. Since the shock is an Ohlins, a shop can swap the internals into the correct size body to fit, The 450F...

This suspension would fit any Aluminum frame Honda CR or CRF. The triples were 20mm offset. The two sets advertised here are no longer available, but I some other sets. I'll have to check to see what kind of forks (conventional, SFF, air, etc.), but all the shocks are long bodies.

The best way to proceed depends on the size, depth and severity of the dents. I used compressed air on my 79 tank.
