I was surprised RV didn't do more in the second moto. It has to be where he and Aldon are so far apart Whistling (For those of you that don't understand sarcasm, Kenny-Aldon). Glad to see him gain some valuable points this weekend though.

This is gonna be an awesome series.
Agree. It'll be an amazing series. It's only round 2 and Villo's only nine back on Cairoli.

Also, it's like Supercross didn't even happen last night! The race thread got ~14,000 views and the Thailand GP qualifying race thread got 50,000+ views.

That's why supercross has only ever been a winter sideshow in Europe, once the GPs kick off nothing else matters, welcome aboard ; )

and RVs ally almost took out Desalle in that first moto turn 2.
then later he took out Paulin.
Clearly he's either trying to prove a point or he's trying to help his teammate

I think it has more to do with the fact that Dungey has a 40 point lead on Canard, but to each their own Sideways

I'm not that bothered who wins, I just want to see the fastest mx racers on the planet face off and that's what we all had today, I'm stoked RV is coming to terms with GPs after an off weekend last week and stoked that the GP regulars are on pace with him. Let's settle in for an awesome summer of the greatest sport on the planet.

It's called racing. World title on the line. You want to pass someone, you've got to work hard to do it. That's the way it is and the way it should always be

I think Top 10 are fast. Considering RV was able to go from dead last + 15 seconds to 8th. As RV gets things figured out more and AC is able to turn up the speed, we should start to see some amazing racing.
9th, not 8th.

I've lost count of the number of times Ive seen that this week.

As long as RV and AC stay healthy and don't make this a one man show then there is no reason why they can't keep these numbers up. Whose gonna get bored of seeing these two go at it..?

bench racing is cool but this constant back and forth bickering is really pathetic , you will never agree so why bother..

Great race for the top three guys. Glad to see Cairoli do much better in moto 2. Desalle was really consistent, but I wasn't happy about Desalle's driving RV out to the banking twice on the starts. RV killed it in moto 1 and settled in moto 2.

So let's recap. RV wins in dominating fashion in Moto 1. Tony Cairoli wins easily in Moto 2. So happy for RV but this is far from over boys and girls. Cairoli is not only fast but he's a great starter. Wouldnt be surprised if they were close points-wise coming into Glen Helen.

I think its great. Personally, I haven't followed GP's much in the past. Obviously with RV this year i am. He is doing a great thing for HIMSELF first, and for racing as a whole. Also, RV hasn't raced outdoors in 2 plus years. He is still getting into race shape, learning new tracks, and new setups obviously. While AC has it down to a science. One thing that is fun to watch, RV gets stronger and stronger through a season. By the sound of things so does the 222. This will be a great series to watch.

So finally it's the end of Cairoli so call "status". After so many years sitting comfortably in Europe saying in every interview "Americans are not better"
Good bye Antonio!
