That's not even RV...

If you put on movie-theatre 3d glasses and flip your monitor 90 degrees, you can see that it's a rider pretending to be RV.

Like it's ruined the AMA for some US fans with his domination? I said before, the guy regularly puts 20-25 seconds on the Outdoor field,it will be no suprise to many if he wins here,he's the one to do it,I doubt sayDungey would, even with his AMA titles he's gone 7-9,6-7 and 2-11 the last 3 times when in Europe although I think he'd do better in a whole seriesWink

I've no idea on the NBA analogy thingy though sorry

I think it's funny anyone is trying to judge off videos like this.

No one else to judge against.

First week, first days there.

Who knows what they're actually doing, testing, riding, cruising, pinning it etc...

Just wait till Qatar. Much easier.

Aclimatised I still think Dungey would probably come out on top,(Cairoli may well of done extremely well if he'd gone a good few years ago) It's tough to take the other series on,RV is the guy to do it here though,he's an animal Smile

I agree with that assessment. RV vs AC is the biggest showdown in the history of are sport! 8 world titles meets 9 AMA titles head to head.

I'm just praying that nothing unfortunate happens to any of the main contenders, this should be a great season for all who are involved.

You can only dream, he would have everything dialed for year two. But sadly I don't think he will.

RD5 most likely would beat AC222 on our Outdoor Supercross Tracks.

I dunno, AC pretty much left Mikey at the GP at Glen Helen.

RV was traveling at a good clip in that vid for practice. I think some of these sped up ones are tainting reality.

If they even exist. Laughing

I agree 100%, please let everyone stay healthy no matter what the outcome. I am puling for RV but I am not going to be upset or make excuses if AC or someone else wins. Instead of forming up in AMA vs GP sides we should be thanking the Moto Gods that we are even going to have this matchup in the first place.

I don't think anyone considers Milestone any kind of trophy track. What Milestone has going for it is that its located closest to the OEM offices in Irvine, Torrance, Cypress and Brea and when the pro's are out in Southern Ca., its a convenient place to go practice without a 2 hour plus drive home in LA traffic.

Speed still looks top pro caliber to me, but I haven't had my eyeballs calibrated lately...
Regardless of who it was, that bike wasn't right. Sounded terrible.

So if the dude dominates the GPs it will prove the US is better even though he was dominating there as well..
IF he dominates the GPs the only thing it will prove is that HE is the best rider in the world

That's funny cause I would love to ride that place. I find 4th gear, wide open bump free tracks like we see in most So Cal vids pretty boring.

The thing is , sand isn't just sand... it varies so much , beach sand , coarse sand, red sand, black sand, all ride differently and take a lot of getting used to... We have a place here called Fat Cats... everyone rides there in the winter cos its sandy and rides in all weathers, there are two tracks, the race , and the practice track , they are 100 meters apart and they are totally , totally different in the way they ride, I can ride the race track no problem , the practice track gives me fits.

It's not about the sandyest, it's how certain sand rides and makes the track evolve. Even the same kind of sand on 2 tracks can be different due to how the soil is below that top layer.
