Nice post....

I'll start with a couple original 4 stroke pics.

First up is a 1958 BSA Gold Star. This is the bike I learned to ride on by myself at 10 years old. Was a huge bike. This was taken when I was 15. Loved riding that old bike. Tons of smooth power. This was in 1973 on my Dad's runway.

The second one is of me actually racing it 1974. This was at a little MX track they made at the county fairgrounds during the summer back in Greenville NC.

Next up is when I got my first real MX bike. 1973 TM 250.

All these were taken during 1974/75 at the same fairgrounds track I rode the BSA GS at.

A couple from the 90s on my 500, and a newer one from my Husky 125. All of my newest ones are crappy iphone pics shot from too far away. Some of you guys have really good style.

Then I moved to Washington. Here is one from Washougal over the Chuck Sun jump back in 88 on my 87 KX 500.

Then I moved to So Cal. Here is one from Glen Helen on my trusty 05 Honda CRF 450.

Great pics all!

What I hate seeing are the pictures with a watermark all over it. Buy the damn photo and support the photographer.

The one of the guy on the ktm with his chin guard on the front fender while flying through the trees is awesome!

There are a few others....but this is my favorite. Back in my day I nearly always traveled to the races alone. I did not even think of bringing a camera. Nor would it have done any good, trying to get decent photos with a box camera. This photo was taken by a friend for a newspaper article. The bike is a 1974 Pursang (Model 120). I had two of those. They were a great motorcycle.

Hammertime- awesome pictures! All the pictures in here are great. I had a 88 cr125 too. It's funny how many people hated that bike, I loved mine!!! Wish I had some pics to add to this thread, mine are all 35 mm photos.
