I have an obsession with before and afters Rebuilds post yours.

The only thing wrong with it was a kinked timing chain (due to failed tensioner). Was a budget build though, so I used cheapy parts and stuff around the garage. The Tusk gaskets on the head are crappy so I need to replacement with a Cometic kit.

It looks like a dumbass owned it before ,colored tires lol. Also I think he found the stickers too Tongue . But it looks like you fixed it up nicely clean and looks nice.

The air filter was layered with grime; No idea how it even started. But yeah, remove all the graphics except for the shrouds and stuck some spare fender graphics I had lying around. It's a '02 model and besides being hard to start, it's a fun bike.

2004 kawasaki kx 125
Build I did for a good friend/customer.. About 35 hours total.. Loved how it came out.. Got another kx coming from Texas to build and ship back.. We went over everything.. I would done something's different but budget wise that's what he could afford.. Came out awesome! He loves it..

There is a procircuit clutch cover in ebay for a cr 500. Pretty sweet!
