Just picked up a 2015 Rmz 450

Edited Date/Time 9/23/2014 9:46am
So I just picked up a 2015 rmz 450 and straight out of the box I haven't adjusted anything and I must say it's amazing, I've been riding a 2008 rm 250 since it was new and it's a world of difference, even though the 450 is abit heavier I can't really tell at all and I ride trails. Long story short it's awesome

Congradulations on the zook..
Give us a good ride report after you get some time on it.
I bought a new 14 honda 450(first 4 stroke) but almost got the zook instead.
Btw, i love my crf, its everything and more i thought it would be. I just rode a buddies new 14 yz 450 today and didnt like it at all, but the suspension was amazing and it had power for sure, but couldnt come to terms with how tall it felt and the front end traction was terrible..anyway..

Congradulations.

Nice setup, I'm envious. Nothing better than the fresh smell of all that new equipment. I'm sure you weren't checking the rear view mirror every 5 minutes

Can you elaborate on the front end traction issue?

How do you like that SFF Air fancyness? I'm interested to see how people like it compared to the PSF stuff.

Congrats!!
- don't sell the rm

Having both is fun, it makes you a little more aggressive in some sections/ tight rutted corners. Just like the RMZ will help you with some sections/ jumps also....

Btw I use my RMZ for sight laps when the track is wet Smile

NOW get that girl dirty!!

Sick! I got mine last month and I'm in love with it! It is so much better than the old models. I had a 12, 13, 14, and now a 15, and the 15 doesn't even compare to them. It is so much easier to ride. It feels like a factory bike! Get some Dunlop mx32s and a yoshi on there and the bike will be even more incredible!

Congrats. New bikes are the best feeling. Fresh power and controls, everything is tight and right. Can't wait.

I've got 3.5 hours on mine now and couldn't agree more! I'm blown away at how easy it is to ride fast, hahah my "fast" at least . Every one always bags on Suzuki since it has the same look as the 08, but I love the idea of small refinments. My PC pipe, hydro clutch over sized brake and other goodies bolt right up to the new one.

I rode one as well and the front end always seemed to one to dive in on me when entering a corner. So in other words there was a really bad sense of no traction on the front end. Keep in mind this bike was set up for someone with a totally different riding style and weight, so It could have just been me.
