Tomas has always been faster than roczen and he's certainly showing it today. Awesome ride for #3. I'm loving this.

what a f*cking statement! i realize Roczen is playing it smart and carrying the fight to moto 2, but any gap like this is a mental statement that isn't going away. that was hard fought.

His bike sure looked pretty damn good..... I'm thinking he'll be happy about it now that it helped him demoralize the field!!

not to make another dig at four strokes, but it just seems like it takes SOOOO much time and EFFORT to make passes.. i'm sure Ken was basically like, screw this, let's wait for moto 2 if I'm going to get into this. on 2 strokes, it would've been scrappier with far more passes. i always make the correlation to dog fighting -- WWII planes had such severe dog fights compared to the hyper speed jets of today. oh well, back the program!

yet Marvin, Wilson, and Bogel were passing back and forth multiple times for 2 laps....maybe you're just taking a dig at 450's though.

Got to give Eli credit. I was one of those that thought he'd be top-5...maybe, with a chance at the podium coming off his injury. I sure didn't see this one coming!! He and Kenny will make the last half of the series exciting, especially now that Stewart & Reed have backed off.

I had picked ET to go 1-1 next week....and figured him for a close 2nd overall this week. He will crush all at Unadilla. Go re-watch what he did there last year on a 250.

I honestly think a 100% healthy tomac would be a handful for villopoto in his prime.......

Yeah Tomac was the boss today for sure. That first moto was pure awesome. He paced Roczen for a few laps then just dropped him.

Going forward Tomac is the favorite for moto/overall wins. Roczen will still win the championship but Tomac will score the most points for the rest of the series. Dungey will continue to be his consistent self but won't have the raw speed to match Tomac.

In outdoor MX, I have thought this for a while. In SX...I think ET has some more skills to develop before he is on the RV/JS/RC SX level....

Pumped for Tomac. Today was a carbon-copy of what I thought 450 MX would look like with Roczen and Tomac moving up (well, with RV out.)

My crystal ball says Tomac/Roczen will be an epic big bike rivalry like Reed/Stewart. Well, I hope so. Sideways

Yeah for sure, his sx skills needs to develop more on the 450.... He had roczen covered on the 250 at the start of the west coast last year.... But that was pre aldon/roczen.

Mx is still largely a riders sport, glad it is not like motogp where one bike has a big advantage. Eli was a BOSS today! Fun to watch!!!

How does everyone feel about him being on the MXdN team now? Not to mention how much better he's getting every race. He was 3rd but almost a minute back from the lead when he came off the injury. Makes AC moving down to the 250's suck, what a match that could have been.

I feel pretty good about how I've been saying all titles go through Tomac the next 6-8 years.

Dude is beast.
