DC we NEED an international solution for 2nd motos

Edited Date/Time 7/20/2014 10:38am
DC, there are a HEAP of people who live outside the USA and want that 2nd moto live.

We can not get NBC live extra because it is not available in our countries.

Can you please sort something out so we can just PAY to watch the 2nd motos?

I don't mean to bitch on, however we love the 1st motos live, and its a shame we ant watch the 2nd.

With time zones and all we are getting up in the middle of the night to watch these races, that's dedication right there.

We all know the AMA outdoors is the true world championship with the worlds fastest riders, it would be really nice if we could support that notion by being given access to the 2nd motos!

Cheers man

+ 3 but you already know it...

Here is what it says every week on the RacerX "how-to-watch" segment :

International
Moto 2
The live stream of second motos can be viewed via the Live Extra page.

Yet we get by clicking on that link all sorts of replays but NO live stream.

DC. There are SO many international viewers willing to pay for a live stream like the MXGP one.

please sort this problem out- ive been looking forward to this race all week, and to only get to watch the first motos is not good! if this happens at unadilla when herlings comes over i will not be a happy bunny!!!!

i will pay for coverage if i have to im sure another few thousand international viewers would too. There must be a way to make it happen?

You guys are missing out his race is unbelievable. You think this is bad, the internet is going to crash when Herlings races next month.

Sorry

Lets make the $$ talk guys.

How much MAX would you pay PER WEEKEND to watch the 2nd motos?

Personally I would be willing to pay US$ 20 per weekend.

Thats how much of a big deal it is to me.

Times that by how many international viewers.......

Ffs I got up at 5am to watch this, us$20 is nothing to get some actual coverage!

Gang, I hear you, loud and clear. I am not at the race either and I am not able to watch the second motos. I will start lobbying on a better pay-wall solution for international viewers and the folks at NBC. Series too big now for fans not to have an option to watch live, I am sorry we're not already there. It might not happen overnight but we will try to come up with a fix that works for everyone.

Getting tv coverage isn't easy in a sport like motocross
But this
First moto's you get to see half the moto's due to commercials
And the second moto's well ........

I don't mean to bitch and whine because I know people are working very hard behind the scenes
But just a little dissapointed

Just tell them how many euros they could suck up for the Herlings race, I would bet every MXGP fan in the world will be wanting that one live...

I would gladly pay domestically to watch it commercial free on a live stream. Most of us have the tech to patch it to our flat-screens anyway. A couple hour delay prevents any contact with the outside world to avoid spoilers. No rush.... But it would be a killer option for next season!!!

And seriously how awesome is it that DC, one of the men running our best pro series, comes on vital to read posts, and to respond to our questions!?!?!?

X1000!!!

I wasted a whole afternoon expecting the motos to be on live, MAVTV then NBCSN.

So why were the second motos delayed by arguably the lamest form of motorsports, Indy cars, while the first motos were replayed after four wheeler racing on MAVTV? The argument was always that networks were not interested in 4 hours straight of motocross, and for the most part I understand that. So how does the repeat of the same motos increase the ratings an hour following the original broadcast? It isn't 1990 anymore, I just followed along on trusty ole vitalmx and found out who won the second motos without contributing to the ratings... I'm not in broadcasting but that seems counter productive to me.

Please please please come up with a reliable way for true fans of the sport to watch, weather it be tv, online, or PPV.... PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!!

If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem!!

Fuck yeah.

MotoGPs online service is the benchmark. Just copy that, if possible.

Yep. DC is great.

Second only to Dana White when it comes to sports commissioners.

Or one could wait a day and download it. No sweat.
The "other avenues" fill the void created by the constant never ending broadcast issues.

The truth is that more and more people are ditching cable. I cut the chord a couple years ago when I realized that the only thing I watched was MX. My daughter was mainly watching Netflix. I can't justify $80/ month just to watch MX.

I really appreciate the first motos. I'd be willing to pay $20 month for MX. It would he great if that included zero or few commercials at least during the actual race. If it's any more than that I might as well spring for cable if it's $5-10/ month you'll have my money for years to come.
