Passed away this afternoon from injuries suffered while racing at the LL Regional at Ironman MX. Another son taken too soon. RIP.

24 years time in service, multiple deployments... Witnessed my fair share of shit... This is getting harder and harder, the loss, the injuries, and stuff like this.... Makes you wonder as to what this is all about sometimes!

With a hollow heart and a tear in my eye, my thoughts are with his family at this moment... Sad
