... is when he lay down the field (or 'drops the mic') that he doesn't finish it off with a big fat signature whip at the finish line! I know he can do that scrub and while doing the scrub, he places his hand behind his ear (I can't find a video on youtube, can somebody help me out ...). If he would do that, he would have an increase of fans by 10% (or not ...)

So GuyB, Matthes, DV12, JT$, ... whoever that has the possibility to speak to hem, please say this. It would have been the cherry on the cake if he would have done this in Torronto.

I have found an image! This is what I'm talking about:

For the most part, I think he's moved on from those days............
You do realize that was from the XGames right?

You don't have to do that unless you're trying to make a name for yourself. James has already done that.

I kind of agree. They have to know that 20000 of the fans there are really really hoping for a big whip from any of the winners. You know it's true. It is up to them but it sticks out in every fans head when it happens.

I only realized it after I posted the picture Tongue I just think it would have been a spectacular "after-touch".

It's true that JS7 doesn't need to make a name for himself anymore but I just think that it would fit his personalty 100%. Breath taking, spectacular moves and riding style but still relaxed. has 'style', likes to perform a show, ...

It annoys me as much as when guys refer to Jeremy McGrath as JM. It's MC, for some reason I want to think Jean-Michel Bayle every time I see JM, like it was a mistake and the B was dropped. Supermac was MC before it was required that all riders be referred to by their first and last initials (+) career number.

You get a bye if you were born after 1990 and hadn't reached the age of reason during the King's reign.

I watched it, but I must have missed it Blush Awesome whip, but the hand-behind-the-ear-thingy whip is just a level higher Woohoo

Although I'm not annoyed by any means I can agree. When RC was leading he would do heel clickers and throw massive whips on the last lap, now all we get is fist pumps over the finish line.

Although the days of RC, MC and JBS beating everyone by 30 seconds are over. The competition is only 1 second back now.

First thing comes to my mind is when Grant Langston threw away that win celebrating on the last lap...

I'm sure that James v 3.1 has plenty of finish-line art in the future.

Ya its just these young kids that were not around when MC was killing it! That's what I think when I see that, cause every one knew McGrath as MC! Even my wife refers to him a MC.

I thought he threw it away at SD. His whip was that huge, at first glance I thought he kahuna bailed it.

I just think JS7 has grown up from those days. Back then he wanted to win by a mile, and rub it in there face. The new JS7 is relaxed, and just seems like a pretty cool dude. I think he has started winning a lot of fans back. Sure whip it, but no need to rub it in.

Anyone that denies to admit or realize the fact that James Stewart is the most talented man to ever swing a leg over a motorcycle is probably related to one of the other heroes from the sport. He is NOT the GOAT but he sure deserved the COW award. No other racer has ever been able to bogle the mind in so many ways.

If he could avoid the crashes, he would NEVER lose a single race. Sometimes, watching him looks like a video game. haha.

Man it looked to me that in the post race interview he was shaking like he had high voltage running through him. He was SO stoked on passing Ricky's record that he was beyond excited. He may be the FMOTP and all that other jazz but in reality he's just a dirt bike junkie. Beating someone he's always considered a badass still means something to him. I dig that about him.
