I'd steer clear of 125s in that case. I'm the same height and about 200-get around fine on a 250f. 250 two strokes are fun too. Usually older guys are fine learning on something that is more powerful, just take it easy. So even a 450 isn't out of the question, and if you have to go older, like more...
Get a bike that only requires a gas can to go ride. You'll have plenty of time to get into a "build" later on. You don't want to have to worry about sorting the bike out when you're trying to learn to ride. Depending on how big you are a 125 two stroke is not a bad option either. A...

I picked up an RK GB520MXZ4 Chain about three months ago and it seems like it has stretched as bad as the stock throw away that I replaced on my KX450F. I've never used an RK chain before, I've probably bought 3-4 each of Renthal R1's and DIDERT gold's over the years and they've all seemed to last pretty well...

My local shop is terrible. Glad you have a good one. BTO was my local shop over a decade ago and I imagine I'll be purchasing from them for at least another-regardless of where I live.

My assumption was that since WADA didn't exist at that time, your experience is irrelevant. Just like the way the Army tests is irrelevant. If you said you watched dudes pee at round X during the 2014 SX season and the test was administered like... That would be more than conjecture.

WADA was formed in 1999, so the Atlanta Olympics predates it. Also, nearly 20 year-old info is likely irrelevant regardless. These threads are so full of misinformation it's ridiculous. The US Army also tests for many of the same substances, and all you do is present your ID card to confirm identity. There is no questionnaire. Since it isn't an...

Any recent experience with this? I've read a lot of stuff online regarding TCR, but nothing recent. Is anyone else doing this? TCR's web site seems to have been down for a while, I was planning on calling them Monday but am interested if anyone knows other shops that turn down stock hubs. I don't have a need for billet...

Oh, and I don't know who manufactures ASV, Race Tech Valves or DrD's internals. Is it you? If so, I'll avoid them. Lack of attention to detail is not something I want in regards to brakes and suspension.

Where did you pull out of my post anything about sizing in a store? I'm guessing you're a chick, so I'm not going to go over the top and get you more emotional. I was criticizing your reference to the getting shot in early America, and that sometimes buying local and supporting the sport are two different things. Sometimes its...

It would be cool to see Tyler Bowers move to SX full time if that's what you're referring to.

You probably had a better chance of getting shot in early America for running off at the mouth when you don't know what you are talking about. Since you aren't tracking, most of this shit is made in China, Mexico, Japan etc and you're talking about one American retailer vs. another. What's great about the US is you don't have...

Thanks, I saw that Eleven10 charges $45. I'll contact both tomorrow and see what makes sense. If its close I'll go with Eleven10 since they're closer and I can send my ignition as well. Either way I should save quite a bit (A60s/Buchanan/OEM vs QTM or Dubya) since I'm lacing myself and I don't feel like I'll be giving anything...
