Short, Barcia, Hill, and Tickle are the only ones that kept me awake during that race. Congrats to Short on 4th!

And Peick too.

JB51 seemed a little shook-up after the last "meeting" with Shorty...interesting. I'm wondering if anyone saw their last get together and did JB seem to take a while to get back in the game, there-after?

I've been wondering when, who, how...JB would get his "Reckoning". There's A LOT about him to like; but, I'm waaaay past "Appreciating" his SLAM-SLAM B.S. and I think, hell...let's be Honest...I KNOW some of his fellow competitors are "Over It".

Pissing Off someone like Shorty, Ivan or Weston can truly "Ruin your Night".

The 51 needs to Wizen-Up and RECOGNIZE that there are more than a few guys that can run his ass right off the track and into the AMBULANCE if he wants to play "Hockey" on the SX track.

I'm jus' sayin'...

For sure some paybacks may happen, but let us admit that he also brings some fun to the show. The battles around 4th-8th yesterday were awesome, and rubbing plastics in corners was part of the deal. As soon as it is not over dangerous for the riders, I think it is cool, let us give Barcia some love too ! Smile

Barcia seems to be a one trick pony. Go in deep and straight and aim for the guys front wheel. That ain't rubbin, that's slammin. Rubbin is running it in parallel with a guy and out braking him, all while you're leaning on him with an elbow. . And it's even better when you do it on the outside.

Is Stanton still coaching Barcia? I'll love to know his take on Bam Bam.

I say we start a pool, see when Barcia will cry next. You all know he has a big cry coming any day now.

I am no Stewart fan, but that pass on Seely, Barcia needs to study that.

LMAO!!!

I like how the TV people are sticking to the tradition of cutting away to show a replay of some mundane event during the race and how they time it for when there is a good battle going on. We missed 90% of the BingBing Barcia vs. Smiling Assassin's battle. YIPEE!!!

I believe over the years Shorty has earned a pass or two on overly aggressive riding.
People always forget how mean Shorty can ride. During the race...as JS51 was coming up on short...I told my buddy I was watching the race...to watch what happens with Short....if he JB irritated him...Shorty would find a way to get back up on him, and put it to him...and that is just what happened. I wish there was vid of it. I like the idea of some one giving Barcia a taste of his own medicine.

What's up with jb51? I'll tell you what's up, He's getting that ass spanked, after saying he was going to win this year, now he's in bam, bam mode and someone's going to take his ass to the wood shed soon.

If it wasn't for Barcia, i dont think vital would have anything to talk about week in and out. He brings some excitement to the racing at least. He's a professional who has put in more time and money into getting to where he is at, then any of us could ever dream of. Same thing goes for the rest of the guys out there. They will all race how they want to race and dont give two shits about what anyone else says about it. Just my .02

Figured it was the same thing. Didn't JS7 call Short the "smiley faced assassin," or something like that?

I think you're confused. We said Barcia, not Alessi. . .

Aggressiveness is a valuable trait. I don't think KDub is being critical when he says that.

Short completely cleaned out Seely, yet no issue... Barcia runs it in a few times without knocking anyone over and he's the devil.
Don't get me wrong... I like both guys and I didn't see anything wrong with any of it.

Completely right. Look at Stewart, Reed, Dungey or RV even. All those riders and more have several different lines in their skill bags to use against riders to pass them in bowl turns without resorting to a hardcore block pass. Too many things can go wrong with that kind of pass, and when it's the only tool you have you are severely limited.

People are just pissed about good aggressive racing. American fans are turning into one huge clapped out vagina.

Short seems like a nice guy off the track but over the years he seemed to be the Bam Bam before Bam Bam. Didn't Stewart call him the smiley faced assassin?

Above is the correct answer. All that "Bam-Bam'n" has got him 4, read FOUR, races back in 7th place in the points. For the kid that has been hyped as the savior of Honda for the last decade, 7th place can not be sitting well with anyone in red.

Its not so much that Barcia is aggressive that makes me dislike the kid, It's that he's not man enough to admit what his real intentions are after a aggressive move. You know, like the move he almost kill Kenny with. That makes him a little worm in my book.
