Rode the TC250, FC450, FE350 & FE501...

Love the 501 Enduro WITH LINKAGE! The 350 was excellent, too.

The TC250 is going be a hit: great track-day bike.

The 450? Well, sure...it's identical to the KTM; but, it looks better to me!

Had a Great Time. Thanks to Fator's Husky, KTM, Suzuki and FMF...and, of-couse...Husqvarna for a Great Day.

Wow that is really cool! I'm really digging the looks of those new Husky's for sure. And basically being a KTM now....how could you go wrong? I know Mike Brown may debut the Husky at Glen Helen this summer.....but I'm wondering what their future plans are on fielding a full blown team for SX and MX in 2015?

Last news I heard was Feb-March...

I didn't go to the Dealer Meeting. I just went to the Demo.

Didn't see Andy Jefferson in any of the photos GuyB. He is still with Husqvarna isn't he?

I guess I just don't see the rationale for KTM on this. They already have Husaberg covering part of the offroad segment and now they will have Husky further diluting the market share. I am not a marketing guy, nor do I pretend to be but I just don't see the upside on this. That being said, I think they look sick and it will be nice to see another brand out there.

Husaberg won't exist as a brand beyond 2014. They are merging with Husky.

My dad rode one of these. 1987 430 Husky Auto, no clutch lever. Kickstarter on the left side.

Pumped for the new niche bikes.. All the enduro models have linkage and the latest 4cs forks. I like the FE501, TC250, and the TE300. I'm a little sceptic on the 350 engine being the W engine. I'm not sure if it can be made to rip like the sx engine. I've got the new bike itch.. Not sure what it will be though

If you believe some rumors, Mike Brown might be the Stefan Everts of the U.S. in '15.

Are the 250, 350 and 450 basically KTM sxf's with white plastic? I prefer that look as well. If they are the same, how long until they start to chang them up and make them different?

The bikes are growing on me all the time, especially the enduro range.

Glad they've got Brown onboard, he'll be great for them.

It's exciting for sure to have Husky as a major player again, but as the article says the biggest challenge will be to differentiate themselves from KTM and not cannibalize sales. But KTM already were dealing with that with Husaberg and they were quite successful (in sales), so anything is possible.

It's a bit funny that Husky are using the exact same branding strategy as Husaberg... well, it worked for them too.

BIkes from KTM, marketing from Husaberg.

I'm really happy to see Husky back. Does anyone but me think they should have gone with the color scheme of the late sixties and early seventies? That's what people think of when you talk about Husky. That was there time when they were on top. The color scheme they picked looks good but that was what they used in the eighties and there bikes were not very good then.

Either way I'm glad KTM is getting them back in a big way. But boy a silver and red Husky would be cool.

That'd be cool if Brown got into a position like that and in regards to the OP; I'll be glad if (or when) Husky hits the SX/MX tracks. Anytime more OEM's get into the AMA series, the better. More competition, more jobs, better for the sport all around IMHO.

To me the Husky rode just like my SXF with a slightly different feel at the tank-shroud transition and a slightly better grip with my heels due to how the Sub-Frame mounts provided something the "grab onto" w/ my boots...versus the Grip Tape I'm ALWAYS "refreshing" on my KaTooM.

I was able to get on the 450 & the 501 and "be right at home".

The 501 really did work like a "Softer" version of my SXF: which means its EXACTLY what I'm looking for. I'm so stoked to think that I can have the EXACT SAME ERGOS on my Track bike AND a Dual-Sport!? Oh, did I mention the Linkage & 6-Speed gear-box? Yup. I shifted thru all 6 gears, IMMEDIATELY, just to make sure they Really Were There! No one came right out & said that the FE would be available as a Streeter; but, they sure smiled a lot when I inquired...

The 501 has a Ton of Grunt...and Honest to Goodness "Thumper".

Stoked!

I really like that new TC125. Does anyone know if a KTM 150 cylinder would bolt on it.

I'd be interested in hearing what the 250 SX 2 stroke felt like. One of my best buds picked up a 2013 KTM 250 SX and just loves the thing. And that Husky looks friggin' wicked!

I am right there with you. I love my red bikes but those TC & TE's (250 or 350) may be finding their way into my garage. All I ask is please keep the kick start along side the electric. Smile

Spent most of my time on the TC250: Light, Flick-able and Fun! I'd LOVE to ride it with a 300 kit!

I raced husky's for a few years

I had a 05 tc450, thing ripped holeshots like no other with the rekluse clutch. Best starting bike I've ever owned! I went from being decent at starts to ripping holeshots every race

I also rode the 250f enduro version for awhile, that thing was fun too
